Eagle Walk-In Clinic reviews
12 Thank you very much, all of you,
Especially by mentioning Lisa that it has high morals.
Very nice
Went in for some swelling. Was seen quickly after I arrived at the time they opened. Kind staff and Doctor was great.
They're nice and all, but so slow. There were only a handful of people here when I arrived, yet I've still been waiting nearly 3 hours.
My experience there started good until the end. I was seen by the doctor, talked to her about my problem then I was waiting for someone to come check me out to leave. I ended up waiting over a hour in the room. They forgot about me.they didn't know that I was still in the room. The worse walk in clinic ever.
I was a little concerned about visiting this location due to the reviews but opted to try it anyway because I knew they accepted my insurance. My experience was pretty smooth and everyone I spoke with was kind and I felt heard.
I wasn't able to leave with an explanation for my systems but I was able to rule out virus related causes until I can connect with my GP in a week.
I got the results within the day I visited by a phone call instead of just a text or email to check the patient portal like many test results are given which was very nice.
The wait was on par with a walk-in and I was out with 2.5 hours.
After my usual doctors office dropped the ball on a few things - I have been to this clinic twice. I cannot say enough about this practice. Caring, compassionate and very thorough. They answer the phone quickly and I was even able to speak with the doctor after I had a question. AMAZING!
Just used their Eagle telehealth option for the first time for a minor issue. Promptly "seen" and quickly resolved. It would have taken much longer to drive over and wait to be seen as a walk-in patient. Service was much appreciated!
Don’t waste your time or $. Why tell someone you’ll call them back when they have a medical issue and then just not bother to?
My son and visited this facility and everyone there was so nice. We both had the flu and they took care of our needs. I would recommend Eagle walk in.
They are so unprofessional here, the front desk lady is so rude while speaking to the patients to come forward, there's no privacy window so everyone hears your situation. The seating looks like a darn clinic.eagle physicians needs to do better
The waiting room is extremely small for a walk in clinic. I listed two different issues on my intake form and only one was checked out. When I asked about the other, sinus infection/bronchitis I was ignored and no one ever listened to my lungs or anything. That means I have to visit another place. Minute clinic is much better at least they listen to their patients.
Regarding the Walk-in Clinic at 5701 W. Friendly Avenue on Saturday afternoon arriving shortly before closing with an on-going ear ache. #1: The wait was short. #2: The staff were cheerful. #3: The doctor and nurse practitioners were OUTSTANDING.
