I suggest others to go here Especially if you have something to do the wait time is not long I was in and out it was Respectful workers there.i will come here before I go to the hospital for sole things.

Refused to see me and I’m only 6 Weeks pregnant. They are always to go to. What upset me though is that another urgent care said I could be seen as long as I’m under 10 weeks. This was soo inconvenient as they are close to me

Online appointment system is automated and easy to navigate. Front desk person is very courteous and efficient. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. (W. Market St.location)

Yvonne was the best. I had a fear of needles for some time and with her, I managed to obliterate that fear because of her. I’m looking for her everytime I go to FastMed. I’m spoiled. Thank you Yvonne for helping me out.

AJ at the front desk was very helpful she had me in no time. The nurse I forget name (she was a Hispanic lady) 6was very good as well.

Made an appointment for a drug screening. Waited an hour to be seen. The nurse then rattled off a bunch of instructions, including supposedly to "not flush" the toilet after filling the cup with my sample. I did not hear this instruction and thus flushed. She then told me we couldn't do the test unless I could either provide another sample or go wait bak in the waiting room until I could. These instructions should be posted on the bathroom wall & door so patients understand the process.

What good is an appointment if I still have to wait? Instructions for drug screenings should be posted.

Slow Med is more like it. Plan on spending 2 - 4 hours just to be seen. Then however long your visit takes. Horrible!

Thank each staff member that I came in contact with for your professionalism. From the receptionist to the Medical Assistant, each patient was treated with patient centered individual direct, and efficient care. The facility was clean. Provider was knowledgeable and didn’t have me waiting all day to be seen. I appreciate my time being valued.

Horrible. Currently been waiting over an hour with 2 people ahead of me, must only have one doctor in facility. Terrible DO NOT COME HERE.

The absolute best experience I've had while needing immediate Care. Anna, the nurse, and the receptionist we're beyond friendly and we're so kind.the doctor also was incredibly kind and helpful! 10/10

I've been here before and wasn't pleased. As a last resort I had to take my son last week and the experience was really good! The staff was attentive and the PA was phenomenal. I don't remember his name but he was so patient and thorough. We were one of the last patients and we weren't rushed or anything. He took his time and explained everything, and was really reassuring to my little one who was scared he was going to get a shot. Hopefully if we need FastMed again we'll have a good experience.

Longest wait ever. People came after us and went in before us. Felt a bit discriminated because of our race but hopefully that wasn’t the case.

Service sucks was charged 45.00 copay. Last month. Check my bank account yesterday was charged another 30.00 dollars. They told my bank my copay was 75.00 dollars, but you going to wait almost a month later. I will be looking further into this matter.if that were the case why wait a month later.

It felt like my visit was really rushed with the doctor. When reading through the paper work he brought in for me he said "yada yada" when reading a big majority of it. It didn't feel personal at all. I really just felt like another number and another money collection. It wasn't even able to do anything for me in the office. Didn't want to write me a prescription and didn't give me anything in the office. Basically just said he didn't know what the bite on my leg was.

There is nothing fast about this place. Been sitting in the lobby over an hour and haven’t seen anyone called back. Only 3 people in here total. No one has come out from the back. Receptionist stated it wouldn’t be long but how long does it take for someone to be called back for a drug screening

The people that work here are very nice and caring. The nurse, I think her name was Jamie was a sweetheart. I will be back next time I'm sick.

No going there any more, receptionist totally rude, like she hates her job. Has to leave and go to other place. It happened today on tuesday may 22 2018 at 4: 15 pm.

Waited over 3 hours for my boyfriend to get his skin test read. Definitely could have received faster service elsewhere. Super unprofessional.

I waited for over two hours here for a simple drug test. When I asked for a note to take back to work the one of the nurses took an older note used for a previous patient, whited out her name, then proceeded to write my name but didn't white out the previous patient's name at the bottom. So unprofessional. Do not come here if you are needing quick service!

The lady at the front office is rude and it seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing since she’s always having to call people and ask questions. She gives me a look that looks very unwelcoming. The doctor that saw me she was nice. I wouldn’t go back here.
