Linden Place Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation reviews
12With me staying here at Linden Place, I had a great experience. I was only there for 3 weeks, but the staff there took great care of me. I met great people while I was there.
Friendly staff. Great patient care. The admission coordinator is very friendly with welcoming the new patients and making them feel comfortable. Almost like a second home. I’d definitely recommend for long term or short term care.
Social workers of moses cone (our local hospital) came to do a impromptu to visit and asked or do a tour it was granted and this is what they had to say upon exiting. "We like that its very small compared to other buildings the floors are very clean no smell of urine and the staff are friendly and very attentive with smiles and we have a lovely therapy department
Great patient care, nurses and cna's are awesome and caring. The administrative team is also top tier.
Linden Place is a great facility because of their staff! Ms. Teena, in Admission, to Mr. Malik, the Administrator have made the transition easy.
This is what a family member said that discharged from the facility on 7/25. " You all have provided excellent care thank you for taking care of our boy, we will bring him back to visit". Our job is to provide a healthy happy and safe environment for our residents.
If you have a loved one in need of long term short term care or therapy linden place is an excellent choice for those needs.
I had got in there and filled out all the paperwork for my brother! Was told his short-term care would be covered by Medicaid, after 4 days of waiting to get his bed, intake had told me they denied him for two reasons- because he could not get a payor after insurance may expire and that they could not prove his disability! Mind u he has Dr's records and a primary care physician that could provide all that information
This place disgust me and I hope no one considers leaving their loved one there
I am the Healthcare Power of Attorney for someone in Hospice who is staying at Linden Place long term. Most of the staff in person are GREAT, and the resident I serve absolutely LOVES the food and the person who manages the nutrition program, Lena (like Lena Horn). Because of the delicious food, she refuses to leave when I wanted to move her out because I cannot get anyone to answer the phone MOST OF THE TIME.
I have been trying for over a month to get a copy of the MAR for my patient and when I finally did it was FILLED with medication errors, including NOT GIVING the correct medication and GIVING medication that was NOT ordered and giving some medications incorrectly and in the wrong amounts.
Linden Place also ALLEGEDLY provided services that were not authorized and my patient has no memory of them being provided. The billing was exorbitant for their travelling doctor and FNP which were NEVER SUPPOSED TO TREAT my patient since she was PRIVATE PAY and with Hospice. Because Linden Place cannot bill Medicare through Humana, my patient's provider, they attempted to bill through a PREVIOUS insurance company which is attempted Medicare Fraud, and we found out about it when the previous insurance company sent us "Denial of Coverage" letters.
They have a brand new administrator and I hope and pray she can fix this seriously unprofessional and understaffed facility.
First time there visiting love one. The upkeep of the place is bad. Walls need painting, scuffed up, furniture in bad shape, spots in ceiling, floors in bad shape. Looked like the projects.
Absolutely worst place on earth. Changing name most nursing homes do when they in trouble with the state. I wouldn’t want my dog staying here let alone a human being.
They do the opposite of what their website says they do. They constantly forget and mixed up my mothers medicine. Staff passes blame on other shifts. 16 patients to one CNA and 5 CNAs to one nurse. I feel bad for anyone that has to get care here
