My visit at Chair City Family Practice was amazing, from my checking in to seeing the nurse and doctor everyone was professional and courteous to me. I would recommend coming to this practice for fast and friendly associates and the nurse and doctor that I saw was professional and friendly.

Dr charlas Hudson didn't return call after he said to call if there was a problem, yes there was a problem or I would not be writing this

I have been going to Chair City Family Practice for about five years. I've never had a complaint about them. I'm treated with courtesy and respect. I've always been diagnosed correctly and given the prescriptions to treat my condition. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramos to anyone.

Getting appointment was easy and appointment was earlier than I thought possible. The staff was awesome and the nurse practitioner listen to me and advise me on how to work on my current health conditions to avoid medications and for better health.

Everything is good. I trust Dr. Ramos with my health needs and I think she got Me on the track and goals.
I truly believe she cares about My health. She tells ME how proud she is of my success and health getting better

The doctor actually listened to my needs and was able to get me to the next step towards relaxation. I highly recommend a doctor who is not just coming to work for a check.

I would not recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone. He is condescending and rude and has given my 90 yr old father a hard time ever since we had to start seeing him. He wants to send you to a specialist for every single issue.

After holding on the phone for 16 minutes, I got an actual person to help make my appt! I was rushed thru the questions I was trying to answer and the rep on the other end kept cutting me off. I even told her she was cutting me off after I had to yell over her. So, based on that conversation and the last office visit I had with Dr. Ramos, I definitely will not be returning to this circus of an office! Looking at the reviews, it seems this is an ongoing problem with this office.
