Eric Gavour, MD is quite remarkable. When you think of a doctor with good bedside manners, Dr. Gavour fits the bill. He's very attentive, tactful, caring, and just a good listener! I am fortunate to have him for my primary care. I would highly recommend him to family and friends

Providers are alway prompt and attentive. The receptionists, nurses, and techs are kind and courteous!

Patient here for almost 30 years. My regular Dr who I loved has left (Tiffany) she was the best!

I had to see another dr and the whole experience was awful. It was only a medication refill check up and was charged 187.00, (no insurance) to have my blood pressure checked, pulse and temp and get a new refill on medication. My Appt was at 11, on a friday, pharmacy didn’t receive the prescription request until 5: 00, (adhd medication I was out of) and my medication wasn’t ready at the pharmacy until5: 30 pm on saturday, because it was sent in so late on friday. I wasn’t able to take my medication until sunday.

I Just wasn’t treated very nice while I was at the office, pretty disappointing after being a patient there for all these years. I will never go back, or recommend.

I went in to see Jeff Vanderburg for my first appointment here at this office. Jeff was amazing! He listened to my concerns and told me what my treatment options were at a level that I understood. His LPN that checked me in was very kind and cheerful as well. Glad to be under the care of Jeff and his team.

I appreciate Dr. Radio’s demeanor - not too condescending and not too abrupt. I also appreciate his willingness to answer questions without getting impatient. I feel he really cares about my health.

The person who took care of me was not mine usual PC but a practical nurse I think. His name was Jeff. He seemed very knowledgeable and cared about my condition. I would recommend him and normally I would not recommend a PA to anybody but I think he's confident and I would recommend him.

Novant Health is a wonderful place to go to and see Dr. Gavour he takes time to talk with you and explain everything that’s going on with you I can’t praise him and now he is a wonderful physician at Highly recommend Novant Health and Dr. Gavour. Kathy Hylton. Patient

Dr. Eric Gavour is an amazing doctor, knowable and very detailed with what he shared with me. I had an awesome visit.

Love this family doctor group. Been coming since I was a little girl. 52 now, can’t imagine going anywhere else. All of the providers (with the exception of 1, who hasn’t been with them in several years) that I have experienced were very attuned to my needs. Will never change care providers!

Dr. Gavour is excellent and will be my doctor as long as he’s at this facility. I’ve moved 40min away from Kernersville recently and still make the drive over the numerous offices much closer to me

New to area and nervous about new health care. Fears are gone! Dr Gavour is WONDERFUL! He listened to me and took time to talk and get to know me and my medical issues. Made necessary referrals and got my meds refilled. One referral even called to schedule that same morning! Nurses and office ladies were so sweet and welcoming. Nice and clean place. I feel so assured in my medical treatment here!
