Awesome facility, Deborah Haubert is one of the best doctors.would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I usually see Dr. Anna Frunza but, due to her schedule being full, I was scheduled with Deborah Haubert, PA-C. Debbie listened to my concerns and empathized with how I was feeling. She answered all my questions very thoroughly and responded quickly to additional questions I had through the patient portal. My past experience with Dr. Frunza and current experience with Deborah Haubert, PA-C make them both an awesome health care team for me.

I had a pleasant experience with this office! I was treated with dignity and respect from the beginning through the end! I have, and will continue, to recommend this office to family and friends!

North Point Medical Associates is always a friendly place to visit. The staff is always nice and attentive. Great doctors and nurses to provide awesome care.

This is the place to go if you want competent, compassionate care. All the personnel are very pleasant and you have their complete attention. Never feel rushed and they always make eye contact with you when discussing your health care needs. A great clinic.

This group of doctors, PA's nurses and office staff are the very best. I have never had any complaints with anyone here!

I had left to be closer to where I live. I came back because genuine care is becoming a thing of the past. I really like NorthPoint Novant Health!

North point Medical is always clean, the doctors and their staff are always courteous, respectful, caring, friendly, attentive, and understanding. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for a long time and I have never had to sit in the exam room by myself for a long time before the doctor came in to treat me. The staff and doctors always as were my questions completely and honestly and they do thorough and complete exams based on why you’re there whether it be a complete physical joint problems a cold etc.they care about their patients.

The doctor and staff were courteous, respectful and helpful during my visit. Concerns and needs were met to improve my health. The COVID booster was due and administered during my visit in a timely manner without any delay. I'm very satisfied with the level of care and concern for my overall health and quality of life.

If you want good care go to North Point Medical doctor Dalton and his staff will take care of you I've been a patient of Dr Dalton's for over 30 years so he's a good doctor.

The Mobile Clinic has been a lifesaving experience for me literally!
I have received medical care and have been referred to specialists to receive further attention needed to keep my health! I am so thankful for the caring staff and the excellence of care received by the providers!

I had to file a complaint against the clinic administrator. Give a person a title and they think they can speak to anyone any way they want to. NOT with me! Don't go to North Point Medical if you're a person that speaks their mind.she don't like that! You will be QUICKLY dismissed. They need to educate the staff that knows how to work the mychart system and have patience when a person calls in for help. The clinic administrator got mad because I said one of the staff members is uneducated.is that wrong. I think not. Debbie is a VERY good PA. Going to miss her. Although I know there's nothing that's to change as far as the clinic administrator, I would strongly recommend finding another facility to go to for your health needs. When they cause more harm than good.it's time to go.

Dr. Dalton is an excellent primary care physician that I have trusted for almost 20 years.
