My visit with a friend was made even more enjoyable with good coffee and pleasant surroundings.
Service was great, so was Mocha! Location easy to find and stand alone store with fireside seating g, or table and chairs. Drive entrance from 15th st just off 45th.
Simple ordering, great customer service, and exquisite coffee. Had a parfait as well with the strawberries, it was delicious.
When I visit Fargo, this is my staple stop. Best coffee hot or cold. I always seem to order a bagel with cream cheese.
Hot dog, this place is good. Once you find your thing it's hard to choose anything else! Campfire mocha is my jam!
I would avoid this place at all cost. First of all, the employee that greeted me at the drive thru window was rude. It ruined my whole morning. They do not want to accomodate you. When I got my drinks, they tasted horrible. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Do yourself a favor and go to another Caribou Coffee location or better yet, just stick to Starbucks. This place not only ruined my whole day, it also wasted my time and
my money.
Usually I have a very good experience at this location, however today the batista who served me was rude. I wanted to redeem my points for a free beverage and did not realize I had to redeem them in the app first (I have been told differently before so I did not redeem them ahead of time). I asked the batista at the speaker if I could redeem my points and she said she didn't see them on my account so I politely showed her at the window and she told me I had to redeem them before checking in. I asked if I could still use them and she acted annoyed and rudely asked 'what was your drink again? '. Like I said I have never had a bad experience at this location so I was very disappointed in this level of service. Working in the service industry I get that you get frustrated but you shouldn't take it out on the customer, especially since I was being kind and courtesy.
I love the team at my favorite Caribou location. I had to type out my coffee order (thankfully quite simple) on phone notes and show it to the cashier. She was so nice and even smiled in understanding after reading "Thank you for patience. Lost my voice ". They always have a positive atmosphere and comfy environment.
