They made me travel from Bismarck almost 2 hours and when I arrived they had already sold the car that they told me was available and I had already confirmed that I was going to see it. Definitely a very bad experience since under the weather conditions I traveled they were also dangerous. If you are going to travel from afar, it is better not to risk it.

Sold me a lemon. Lasted less than 2 weeks before I found out I'm looking at AT LEAST 2,500.00 in repairs. Mechanic assures me that stop leak was used before I left with the vehicle. Don't buy from Cartiva, my two kids and I are stuck home alone for Christmas because of them, and even more so, without a vehicle.

Drove 3hrs to pickup a car that was on hold for me. I was already pre approved just had to hand them the money. They knew how far I was driving from so they took my info put it into the computer & said they would hold it until 2pm for me. Literally not even 5min from Cartiva at 1: 45pm, they messaged me & asked if I’d like to look at other SUV’s as the one I was coming to see was sold the day before. Drove 6hrs for northing. Very disappointing & makes you realize why you never trust a car salesman.
