6Why have a sign at the door saying free instalation of windshield wipers when you don't install them if is cold. Should be more specific that your service is weather related

Unfortunately they were outta most of the things we needed. We live way outta town a couple hours; only go there once a month so we couldn’t comeback tomorrow. The staff was pretty nice except that older hippie-biker looking guy. No smiles & not very nice to talk to. If you don’t like working the till, maybe be a delivery driver and/or warehouse staff for that building. Will go to the one over by the freeway from here on out.

This place is dog a$$. They never have anything and when they do it's the wrong part. And they don't even tell you if they have the part when you order it online. You just sit and wait till the end of the day before discovering they don't have it.go somewhere else
There is always someone ready to help you. I don't know why that if I'm looking for wipers that they need to know if it has 4x4 or a/c lol. They are all good people and most pretty knowledgeable and with 3 locations close enough they usually have what I need. If they don't shipping is usually within 2 days sometimes it's the wrong part but with so many options it's understandable. Competitor's have similar results when it comes to wrong part. O'Reilly has no problems returning for correct part.
