I have been without air conditioning since May 1st. My roommates and I have called multiple times and keep getting the same old were sorry stories. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Never again.

Happy day! I Martin Bell would like to share that this day 05/17/21 that it was a trying day, one among many. I said that to say this that the positive outlook, mindset, and simple gestures of professional, reasonable can do attitude really sold me even when my mind had changed on pursuing an apt with Weidner properties. The staff headed by Amanda really compliments their superiors and their self determination is what makes me happy to call Confluence at Harvest Hills home.

Absolutely couldn’t ask for a better place to call home, from the community, neighbors, parking, cleanliness and the manager we have absolutely no complaints about any of it! We love our home and see ourselves here until it’s our time to buy. Units are spacey and clean, great value for your money and the office staff treats you like family! Absolutely couldn’t ask for a better property manager Melissa! We love calling The Confluence at Harvest Hill home!

The new staff at confluence is really cleaning the place up. Office staff is always willing to help and answer questions. Very quiet place to live.

I can't understand why managers are argumentative with their tenants. Isn't it a given to hear the complaint before accusations are made? My daughter is moving out of this place!
