Baker's Collision Glass Service Centers, Mansfield OH

Very slow service and poor communication from the coordinator of the service; ie, the part's not in: ok, the part is in.the repair took 3 weeks instead of 1 week. I felt like I was not respected.

Prices and service were phenomenal. Really nice establishment inside and out. The folks at the front desk were super kind. I'll be coming here for service from now on.

I was hit by a driver running a red light, and it resulted in what turned out to be $9,000+ in damage repair. My car was returned to me in better shape than before the wreck.

Service is good. Body repairs were almost perfect. Took a while to make an appointment and order parts.

It took 3 months for the repair.however I appreciated the service I did receive when the car was fixed…

Baker's is most definitely a community focused one stop shop for all of your auto needs. They do tremendous work and pay close attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Mary Jo and all that work there are very easy to work with and go the extra mile in explaining the work that needs to get done and the extra effort to complete the job perfectly. We had all of our cars in at Baker's and they always do an awesome job. Also, the cookies are great too!

I hit a deer with my Charger and messed up the front bumper, Bakers arranged for the tow truck to get it to the shop which I really appreciated. We had to wait on a few parts but I got my baby back this week and couldn't be happier with the job they did! Friendly service and the body work and paint job look amazing!
