15This place doesn't serve the Frappe and they are very rude about it. They need to correct their online ordering to remove it. And they need to have customer service.
Can't ever get a frape here. It happens to always be down for the day for the last 3 months. That is all.
Was gd new owner killed the positivity by taking lunch meals while skirting alot health code violations pretty gross an sad plus anytime someone puts a legit negative review they have the employees do five surveys to make up for that one pointless accountability Muskogee McDonald's died with new ownership
Hiring manager never there, tried applying to get a second job there, had interviews scheduled two different times, both times the hiring manager wasn't there for whatever reason. Luckily I'm not that desperate for a second job, but for real McD's why are you wasting people's time. For anyone who is looking to apply, just know they are extremely disorganized there.
I waited 25 minutes for the food. After 15 I walked up, saw my order sitting on the counter where they bag the orders and nobody bothered putting it out where I could reach it. Thankfully a young lady working there noticed how long it had been sitting and had them remake everything, but that took another 10 minutes.
I was here on January the 28,2023 around 10: 30pm. I was in the drive thru after riding a meal. There were several vehicles in the drive thru but the line was moving steadily along. One of the vehicles in front of me was throwing a complete and totally unwarranted temper tantrum. I watched the driver, take their french fries and drop them on the ground while verbally berating the poor young lady working the front of the drive-through. I believe she may have been one of the managers, but I’m not for sure. Anyway, I have to say that the employee was incredibly Professional and was doing everything in her power to correct the minor issue that the patrons in the car had with their order. By the time my vehicle came up, my order was ready. It was hot, fresh and delicious as always. I don’t know who the employee was, but kudos to her for not losing her cool and keeping it together.
The food is always good, the orders are rarely ever messed up.
The only reason my rating is low, is because they don't give you a heads up if they're changing your order if your using the mobile app.
The customer service help, and explanation for why they're changing it could be better. Like a friendly "hey about your order; such and such item isn't available, because of that it could mess up the deal your trying to redeem to save money. Would you like to change the item to keep from spending more than what you were wanting, or would you like to go ahead and just go with what you have with the price going up a dollar or two? ". But no, nothing like that.
All I got was an "I'm sorry theirs nothing we can do about that" at the second window after they handed me the order.
I'm an understanding and open minded person, but you could have given me a heads up instead of low balling. Even with such a simple pick up order. That kind of stuff just urks me.
Ordered my food and I was missing a fry and a large drink. The girl with piercings under her lip wanted to argue with me about what was missing and this is 12-10-2022 and that was around 2: 45 in the morning. I wasn't being rude and she kept arguing.
The Frappe' machine is ALWAYS down. The big sign down the street advertises all drinks are $1.00. They charged me $1.49 said that's what the $1.00 drink costs. Very displeased with this site.
Homie came out and said "I made sure your sauces are in their" which they were.but my sandwich was missing the whole bottom bun
My god.it'll mattet what you pay ppl in that town.they'll still eff up simple orders.every time. Typical Muskogee pi$$ poor fast food restaurant. 30min waiting in my car for a screwed up order.request a refund and they give me my money, less the price of the drink, which was semi-melted and quickly thrown in the parking lot. Keep that great work up!
No changing table in Mens restroom for small children. Almost every other mcdonalds i go to has one
I used the drivethru service which was like talking to a sweet 3 year old. The young man working the speaker had no idea what he was doing. I was trying to use the number off my app to pickup the food i had already paid for and he kept saying its not pulling anything up. Long story short it took me 30 mins to pay for my order twice and end up with only half of what i ordered in the first place.
Really sad place to go today. Paid for meal to be told when i got it they have no bbq sauce sweet and sour or ketchup. How does this place not have ketchup?
This location has THE WORST SERVICE of any McDonalds I have ever been to. The drive through line takes almost 20 minutes to go through and when you finally do get through, your food order is NEVER and I mean NEVER right.
