6Knowledge, very very busy so please be patient. Must have a long shopping list to pick up meds. Really great pharmaceutical team.
They're just doing their job. There's curbside pick up parking, but people still park there. They should be given parking tickets. Maybe people in Poteau just can't read or more likely don't care. Hardly anyone wears masks, so it's plainly clear they don't care about others or themselves. The RX people are helpful and considerate and bring your script out to your car, if you can find a spot to park.
Very busy pharmacy. Have improved the amount of time I have to wait and their customer service a lot in the last year or so.
Techs and pharmacist have been more than helpful at numerous times when problems arose which they had no control over. Have found techs to be helpful at counter and when I have called checking on prescriptions. Techs have suggested payment options which have saved money. Typically techs deal with people who are ill or have family members who are ill; courtesy on part of customers helps ease a stressful situation.
Every single time I try to fill a certain medicine I get the run-around! They are always out of stock but never tell me that until I try to pick it up then it usually takes 2 day to a week to get it! This time it took 2 days for them to even let me know it needed prior authorization from my insurance company which was done in minutes but took them 2 days to process correctly then they told me the meds is out of stock but of course they said it would be there in two days. I wait 2 days then they tell me they can't get it until the middle of May! So I call my doc to have the prescription transferred and they tell her they'll have it by 11: 00 that day, so I wait until 11 and guess what! They still don't have it! I go through this whole story with the clerk who promised that they'll have it today or she will call my doc and explain what happened. I'm just waiting to see what happens next!
