Great place to rent a house from. Always very responsive when you call. We received our full security deposit back after using their recommended cleaner.

Mrs Brenda is a wonderful woman. Had us in our place quick to get us in a place while we continue to find our permanent residence.

Literally zero notice given. Attempted to trespass into the property I am currently renting. Never late with rent. "quiet and peaceful possession" of the property is NOT a courtesy or a right (apparently) with this company.

Rented a place that was advertised as having central heating and air. After I moved into the duplex I discovered that the unit was broken and had been for several months. I was then informed that the owner refused to repair the unit and that they would install window units instead. I was immediately upset with the fact that this place was advertised falsely and I wasted my money, time, and energy to move into it. I wouldn't have even considered it if I would've known the truth about the air conditioning. After paying a month and a half worth of rent plus a deposit I was able to relocate. I have not been reimbursed for any of the money I had to spend or the inconveniences
that this whole situation caused. Please beware of rental companies that falsely advertise and beat around the bush when you call them out on it.

My girlfriend rents through White Glove in Lawton OK and the customer service / issue resolution they provide to their tenants is horrible. Let me just say this prior to reading below. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM. Their website is false advertising for sure.just read the rest of the reviews. Being a military veteran myself, White Glove should be ashamed at the poor living standards they tolerate when renting to military members in the Lawton area. My girlfriend has had all sorts of problems in the house she rents since she moved in (plumbing backs up every few weeks, doorjamb molding falling apart, kitchen cabinets sagging from the ceiling, non-working dishwasher, 50% working refrigerator, etc.). White Glove/the landlord require work orders to be put in for these items, and then they either never send anyone out to fix the problems, send them out hours or days later, or send people who can't/aren't qualified to perform the repairs. She's literally had someone come out for the continued plumbing issues a dozen times. They know there's a break in the pipes but continue to not do anything about it other than unclog it. Why can't they just replace the non-functioning dishwasher? Nope.sorry tenant just deal with it. #notmyproblem. Any person wouldn't tolerate all these issues in their own home and just accept it.they would fix them! White Glove and some of their landlords need to fix themselves. UNSAT!

There customer service is Awesome and the food is excellent. Best chicken ever. Hands down.

My order was messed up but the servers were under-staffed yet my food was good. Great job.

As an owner putting my trust into a stranger is always hard. Found White Glove as was assured my place would be taken care of. Received an estimate which seemed quite excessive. I asked for 3 more estimates and haven't received not 1. Called and emailed multiple times only to find out that the person i was dealing with went on Maternity Leave. Chris, whom was suppose to pick up the slack DID NOT. My problem has yet to be fixed and it is now close to 90 days.
WHITE GLOVE - YOU NEED TO REPLACE SOME IF NOT A MAJORITY OF YOUR NON-WORKING STAFF MEMBERS BECAUSE THEY AREN'T DOING THE WORK THEY WERE HIRED TO DO, RENTERS ARE SUFFERING FOR IT AND OWNERS ARE GETTING A BAD RAP. FIX YOUR ISSUES ASAP!

Overall the experience has been average at best. On two occasions in the year we’ve lived here we’ve had plumbing issues that needed addressing. On both occasions we received the run around for days. The first day on one occasion we were told that we were put on the list for service that day. We waited and never saw anyone. The next day I called more than once throughout the day and spoke to different staff members. The first told me that a plumber would call to schedule. Six hours later I spoke to another that said a plumber was at a job and would come to us next. Two hours later at the end of the day I spoke to a third that said her vendor was in the office and had been calling my husbands phone all day, which I later found out from him there were no missed calls even though we verified the number over the phone. Great owner mof the rental, horrible management at agency. Everyone is polite but communication between staff is awful and everyone tells you something different. When you’re without without water or plumbing with two young kiddos, no amount of politeness makes up for getting run around for days. Would not recommend white glove to anyone.

I owned a house they managed for ten years for me. Any issues I did have were always resolved.

Brenda had a signed contract for my house in one day when I decided to sell.

White glove rentals is a passionless company and they will try their best to hide the flaws in their rentals.
The photos they present online are false advertising. They do not not care how their company is represented.

Hesyun at white glove rentals in Lawton is very rude and unprofessional. She hangs up on you and won't tell you the truth. Couldn't get her to pay for my services she asked for. She needs to be fired! Brenda is awesome! Kudos to her!

Unprofessional and rude. They offer wifi with the apartments but fail to tell you its at the lowest speed and bandwith and its shared with 10+ people at any given time literally making it non existant since it kicks you out if more than 2 people are on it. After 3 month of patiently waiting for them to fix it they straight up refuse to and literally told me to "figure it out". Worst mistake of the year was trusting these clowns. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst management staff. They do not have the best interest of owners in mind.

Work was performed without my approval. I was charged for "work" that they will not vouch for.

White glove does not care. Their contractors invoices are suspect. Overpriced everytime! It took me a whole 5 min to find better priced alternatives

Horribly rude, won't fix anything won't do pest control. All they do is collect rent. DO NOT rent from them. I regret signing a lease.
