LA Fitness, Bensalem PA

A little small compared to other gyms in the Lafitness lineup.but. It is OPEN! At least you can maintain some form of mental, emotional, and physical well-being. All while staying safe and "following the science "

This gym makes you feel safe with cleaning bottle and plenty of paper towels to wipe down the machines. It is also very clean and everyone is required to wear a mask at all times by everyone and everyone does

The gym is over crowded. Everyone is coming to this location because of the Philly shut down. Way to go mayor.

Great experience signing up for a membership with Chris. He explained all the different membership options and gave me a walkthrough of the entire facility. Would definitely recommend this LA Fitness to everyone!

Great people, but some employees are acting unprofessional except that it’s a good place for workout

My favorite LA Fitness location. The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful; Carlos Gonzalez epitomizes these specific traits. I utilize this gym for weight training, cardio activities, swimming, and basketball. The facility is clean and neat in appearance. Recommend others to attain membership and make this location home gym.

There’s multiple machines “scheduled for service” that have been off limits for weeks - as you can see from the photo.that sign has been there for a very long time. This gym is too busy as it is when I’m here and now I have to wait longer for machines I want to use. Very frustrating.
Can we please have these fixed!? ️
Also the bathrooms used to be pretty gross. Looks like they got on cleaning it again. Fingers crossed it stays clean

Management here is fantastic. When ready to pay for two days of access while in town for military duties, management waived the fees for my service. While this may seem insignificant to some, it made all the difference. Please work out here. The leadership is accommodating and works to understand its patrons. Thanks again. Semper Fi, Tom

Chris was awesome.answer all my questions. Set me up with an trainer. And gave me a tour of this wonderful facility

Love everything about the place except that 2nd floor is extremely hot, and I hate running/biking when it's hot! Otherwise, decent gym with swimming pool.

Customer service is fantastic, managers are great, wonderful atmosphere, would highly recommend to anybody looking to join a gym.

We have always been received very well by the staff members, especially Andrew, Bea.and Greg.
Great renovation the gym is the best.

The management is great and helping the members what is needed to do. Helpfully every way possible.

Been a member for 5 years now and every since Chris took over the Location I must say the atmosphere is always up beat and everyone seems happy.

I was unsure if I wanted to join, but I came in for an tour and look around the facility not only did they have everything I was looking for, but Chris was an huge help in answer all my questions. I did not feel pressured to join I am extremely happy with my decision.

Really love this gym! Clean and well maintained, I love the Zumba here as well. I will bring my friends here to try it out.

Good place, but at the reception incompetent and no memory people. I went out for 3 minutes saying that I will be back and when I returned they asked to give membership again, I had to dictate my number because my membership was in the luggage box

Gym area is great. Reason it's only 4 stars is men's locker room sucks. Shower heads are at shoulder height. Grody bathroom

Very friendly staff.but a lot of things just not clicking for me in this location especially the pool, I prefer the Grant avenue location.
