I rented a 2BR at shadow pines for 5 years. One of the best properties I have ever rented. Repairs were timely, snow removal was very good (I was a facility mgr in the area, so I know what it takes), grounds were maintained. Rent was reasonable. No issues with other tenants. I left because I moved out of state. A quality property. Deposit returned without issue.
This is a really nice spot to call your home. We had rented a two bedroom unit for almost 3 years and we've never had any major problems. Any problem we did have maintenance came and fixed it on short notice. The management is nice, quick, and professional with their responses. You get a lot of space for the price you're paying. We will definitely miss this home as it will be very difficult to find something as nice in NJ. If you're searching for you're new home in Erie, definitely give this place a tour and see if you like it as much as we did!
Beautiful place, nice and quiet plus excellent service at an affordable price. Staff is always ready to help. They are just a phone call away. It really was a pleasure living at Shadow Pines. Strongly recommended!
