Absolutely incredible company. I was moving to another state. Josh worked closely with me to replace a roof in very bad condition. This went on for months while waiting for the closing date. He went to the house and took pictures with shingle samples which allowed us to select the color and style. A picture he sent unintentionally included the chimney which looked a bit rough. Josh offered to go back and look closer because we agreed that any chimney work should be done before the roof. The chimney was fine at a closer look. The movers were scheduled for Tuesday and the roof was torn off on Wednesday, and a 48 square roof was complete early on Friday. They cleaned up very well every day, all employees were very polite, friendly and professional.

Josh worked with us on and off over the course of a year as we had to find quotes and sub's to fix other stuff before we could get our roof replaced. He stuck with us and was a friendly voice whenever we had questions relating to how a new roof would affect our other required fixes. The personal service was incredible and ended up being why I choose Varner Roofing to do our job. The roof looks great and Josh's team was incredible, friendly and very professional in how they went about replacing our roof. When you are spending this much money, the service side of the sale is just as important as any other side and Josh and his team really excelled in making us feel good about our purchase. They were at my house within 24 hours of me calling. Found the issue, was a quick fix, didn't try to convince me that I needed a whole new roof. Instilled confidence, I will be calling them back for future needs.
