Truly exceptional customer service. Alyse and Jinx were awesome! Alyse was very accommodating over the phone and patient, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was in order before I made a 20-min drive to the store. Jinx was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. I could tell it was not about making a sale but about genuinely helping me to figure out the best option with my glasses. I would definitely be back and recommend this Vision Center to everyone!

Really nice place, the customer service is exceptional. The opticians help out a lot and make things very clear. The doctor that sits here is very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone. 10/10. Dr Uddin Rafat is the best!

They just don't pick up.and if u walk in they don't send u back to go make an appointment.

Had to switch from America's Best to this Vision Center. They were very helpful and professional! Loved it here.was in and out and was able to do some shopping and get back to work on time!

I had a pleasant experience. I knew how much everything was right from the start. My glasses were made pretty quickly. I have a great warrenty on them as well as they accidently got scratched and I'm getting new lenses for free. They even had clip on sunglasses that fit my frames perfectly for a cheap price. I will be dealing with them for my next pair of glasses.
