AT&T Store, Narragansett RI

I went onto the Narragansett location with a billing issue and the manager, MJ, dealt with me right away. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. She made a quick phone call and was able to rectify my issue. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I would highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone. HJ

I am very satisfied with my experience in Narragansett. The store is beautiful I love the layout and the blue led lighting. The manager is very professional and she helped me out with exactly what I needed. I’m very happy with my service I definitely recommend this AT&T store for any customers looking for proficient customer support and looking to switch to AT&T. She is phenomenal!

This is not a licensed AT&T store. The sales people pressure you to get a new contract and lie to you. They have a financial incentive to sign you into a new contract. Stay FAR AWAY from this AT&T store, they just moved next to Stop and Shop in Narragansett RI. Don’t Trust these unscrupulous people. I got burned into a business contract. I asked what I had to do to make international calls in Europe and was lied to and told I needed a 3 month business contract. This was a lie. So disappointed with my service here.

MJ and Darius were a pleasure to work with. They both were great! They had unbelievable patience with our parents. I will only visit this store moving forward.

The lady in there is just after the quick commission… don’t go here go to North Kingstown instead they are more professional. There have been more complaints about this store. Don’t go here!

I went there very early in the morning, one lady was there. Couldn’t remember her name. She’s terrible and absolutely unprofessional and beyond a customer service person. She claimed to work in this industry for very long time and her previous company was with Verizon but she couldn’t even give me any basic service.
My friends and I went in for my friend to port in their number. She said since my friend has a prepaid account, AT&T didn’t allow or couldn’t port in phone numbers from a land line to an AT&T prepaid account, she can only port into post paid accounts. So she wanted to port in my friend's new phone number to my business account first then call in and transfer my friend's number to the prepaid account later and of course my friend had to pay for her first month of service for my account too.
I tried to explain the correct way to do it from my previous experience with another friend with AT&T and Verizon. She was on the phone typing something while I’m explaining to her and she was really rude to us by saying then go to Verizon or another AT&T Store.
I ended up emailing Paul Stovel, who is located in SC and had helped me in the past. In less than 15 minutes, he helped me. Just wanted to share my experience and hope AT&T can train employees to work in a more knowledgeable and professional manner.

I was very satisfied with my visit the employee went out of her way to help me she was very courteous and professional
