En ese dollar tree tiene una persona llamada JEIMMY dando un pésimo servicio al cliente, este jueves pasado fui a comprar y olvide una de mis bolsas allá y cuando llamo con mucho respeto ese tipo solo hizo faltarme el respeto a mi, hablándome en mal tono y colgándome el teléfono …. Solo por yo llamar y querer mi artículo! El no sabe dar servicio a los clientes porque por cada $1.25 que yo y cada uno consume el tiene un cheque! De mi parte voy advertir a todas mis amistades que allá no regresen porque si vamos a ser tratados así mejor no volver que lastima que tengan tremenda BESTIA en servicio al cliente! Dollar tree de CRANSTON!

On that dollar tree has a person named JEIMMY giving a terrible customer service, I went to buy and forget one of my bags there and when I called with great respect that guy just disrespected me, talking me in a bad tone and hanging on my phone …. Just for me to call and want my article! ! He can't give customers service because for every $1.25 that I and everyone consumes the check! ! From my side I will warn all my friendships that will not come back there because if we are to be treated so better not to return than to hurt you have tremendous BESTIA in customer service! ! Dollar tree de CRANSTON! !

Meh. Its the Dollar Tree. Dont get me wrong, we all need the Dollar Store sometimes. The employees are nice here

While the store always has everything I need, the male cashier here is very rude to Hispanics. I had a very unpleasant experience with him one time when he was rude to me and throwing around the fact that he was a business owner at my face. I complained one time to the manager but he hasn’t done anything about him. Sad that they have a employee like that.

Great selection, awesome employees, nice location. So many things you can buy here instead of cvs or stop and shop and save money

Loved this Dollar Tree. Very nice inside and things are easy to find. There is a wide variety of products as well!

It's waaaaaay more things in the dollar store I can use than I thought. If I had a dollar for every need it was covered.

One of the larger Dollar Trees I have been to. Had lots of different things. More variety.

This store needs to be closed down, It doesn’t even deserve 1 star if you ask me, it is absolutely disgusting. Filthy is an understatement. Shelves are bare and boxes of food sitting all over the floors in the aisles. 1 register, 10 people waiting in line while management and other employees hide out in the office rather than ringing out customers, cleaning and stocking shelves. Corporate needs to take the time to re-evaluate employees and management in this location especially considering everything else going on in this world at the moment.

The assistant manager Stephanie went above and beyond for my mother today! She realized my mother needed some help shopping and when she went to help and found out my mother did not know English very well, she began speaking to her in Spanish and helped her find the items she needed before ringing her out. My mother was very glad to have someone who spoke her language help and talk to her. That’s the kind of customer service everyone should get.
