Took my chain in to get it repaired and they were very helpful. The turnaround time was great and quality of was great. Need anything done definitely stop by and check them out.

Went there twice to trade gold they tried to low ball me by hundreds while I had quotes from the shop across the street for more than half more then this place offered me. Awful they burn everyone, and have a terrible reputation!

I visited Several stores as far away as Attelboro, but to no avail-Gendron's was consistently lower than each competitor. Save yourself time and money, shop at Gendron's. I am satisfied with my purchase, you will be too.

Friendly, family owned and operated business. Had a gold chain resized here with no issues and completion as promised! Was able to use the portion cut from my chain as a small payment towards repair services which i found awesome! Reasonable pricing and hassle free environment are what will bring me back for sure!

Gendrons custom made my engagement ring and it is beautiful! They ordered multiple stones for my now husband to choose from and then helped him pick a setting to match. It came out so perfect that I brought old jewelry in to put into a new setting. Not only did all the pieces come out great but the price was fair and the turnover to get my jewelry back was fast! Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
