Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged $180 to simply clean my charging port with alcohol that’s it (took the guy 60 seconds) and he didn’t fix the issue at all the complaint I left, to him was like he didn’t care enough for he’s consumers. Pease of crab people! Don’t let him scam you too.

This is the phone the store sell me two months ago and now this phone is asking me a remote management and nobody is trying to speak with me. The manager is just skipping my call don’t not answering anything and I try to talk to everyone in the store but nobody’s trying to reply me and this is a stolen phone from AT&T that they sell to me please for every customer whenever you buy your phone make sure this is the phone you’re buying and check it’s unlocked this is phone or not stolen From AT&T.
