Great experience staff was very friendly and helpful and took all the time I needed to make my decision they are truly very well trained would recommend it to anyone

Very slow.went in 2 days ago with the impression that they had same day dentures.they do not. When I made the appointment I told them why I needed to come. I arrived there and they acted surprised when I came there as they seemed to believe I was there for a routine checkup. Slow to get back to me during that appointment and had to answer the same questions 3x. Dentist comes into the room and makes jokes about my dental situation in which im very insecure about in the first place. Guess not everyone has his sense of humor. Fast-forward 2 days I go back in for phase two. They were pulling people left in right from the lobby to rooms. But then you sit there and wait. Told them I had to be at work at 2. Waited an hour. No dentist. Now I get dentists can come into some surprises and unplanned procedures but room should be made in scheduling for stuff like that. I ended up leaving because I could not wait any longer as my job requires me to be present to get a child off the bus. And I really don't know if I will come back to that facility or not at this point.

Very Clean establishment with super friendly staff it’s been an great experience although there are moments where the staff struggles with time efficiency but overall they get the job done and are very patient

Aspen Dental in Aiken is the best place to go for any dental work you may need. Their entire staff is friendly, always willing to help with any concern you might have, and easy scheduling.
Strongly recommend.

Called before hand to ask if they accepted my insurance they said yes, I asked for teeth cleaning, and set the appointment, then told a couple of days before they do X rays and check first, no cleaning, alright I get there at 650 my appointment is 7, I don’t get pull in til 730 and then after the appointment get told oh we don’t accept this version of your insurance and on the hook for the bill, why did you just tell me in the beginning it’s not accepted, very disappointing

They are the worst they closed on Friday without fixing my denture and I have no way to eat all weekend and this is the 2nd time they broke in a week and they are only 2 months old. They told me they would call but didn't was not aware they closed at 1 on Friday. They knew I have a medical condition and have to eat the right food now I will be sick. Never been treated this bad.

No stars really. I went to Aspen in March 2023, finally got my Dentures July 5th 2023.4 months of waiting. I didn't have any teeth pulled or anything I was just replacing my old Dentures. I would never recommend anyone to Apen Dental.

Complete waste of time. I specifically told them that I need dentures re-lined. They made the appointment, I showed up, just to be told they don't offer that service.

This place is ridiculous. We called for over three weeks with a serious toothache and no one getting back to us. Then we walked in and they said they would get back to us again. No one got in touch with us today. We just walked in to try and make an appointment and they told us they are a year wait out for an appointment. So if you’re looking for a dentist and you want to get in earlier than a year I recommend going somewhere else. We just booked with Aspen dental in North Augusta, in a very timely fashion. However, they are not connected to this Aspen dental and will have to start a whole new chart process. So if it’s your first visit to Aspen, I recommend North Augusta office you’ll get in quicker than a year.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I understand about systems going down and issues happening with computers but i made an appointment here almost 2 months ago. I have confirmed my appt via email and text messages. I showed up to my appointment for the lady to tell me they can’t see me because I am a new patient and I wasn’t on the schedule anyway. I will never send someone here.

I love the hygienist. She was so gentle yet very thorough. As a person very fearful of Dentistry in general, and one who if given the opportunity will make an excuse not to be come, I already made my appointment for my next cleaning with her. She is wonderful and has helped me fear less.

Everyone from the front desk to the assistant and doctor in the back were very nice. This time I was in and out in less than 30 mins.

I just recently went to Aspen Dental in Aiken SC because my wisdom tooth was swollen. They did X-rays and knew that I was in a lot of pain. The dentist then went to say they was going to refer me to a surgeon (never did) and goes to say “First we has to get you out of pain” called some ibuprofen in and I called back a couple days later and told them that the ibuprofen wasn’t working. They never did call in any other medication so I had to go to my primary doctor just to get some antibiotics for my wisdom tooth. These people do not care about their patients they just trying to get people in and get them. Once you walk out that door they do not care at all.

Dental assistant very good at taking impressions. Office manager Kayla cleared up some financial concerns. Overall great experience!
