I’m sad they can’t find help bc the food is good and I know people would love to eat here more.

Pastrami on Rye with spicy mustard, onions, and pickles. Toasted. This is My Favorite Sandwich place. Crossings Deli is a jewel of Columbia. A SuperDuper ShoutOut to Crossings Deli and Staff. Please if you have not experienced Crossings Deli I highly recommend that you do!

The club sandwich is amazing. Sandwich meat is high quality. And I cannot recommend the pecan pie enough.

My partner loved the Greek salad and the lemon blueberry cookie.

And the staff was so nice and willing to cut up and laugh a little.

Great staff and great food, I've yet to get the same thing twice as to try out the whole menu!

They never cease to amaze me! Customer service is always great and I support them mostly because they are locally owned! Yes you can go anywhere to get a salad. But not these salads! They are made with love just like everything else

I've just recently started going here, and the food has been great each and everytime! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the quality of the food is very very good. I have been very pleased with my outings here so far.

Great workplace close lunch spot! Menu selection is familiar, tasty, and fresh. Service is friendly, no nonsense, and focused on making the customer feel that they are well taken care of.

I've been here long enough with someone to get a fully completed punch card. The best place to get sandwhiches for lunch, in delightfully southern and antiquated train themed decor. An easy recomend.

Stopped here for lunch with five colleagues today. The waiter gave my food to the wrong person at the table. My colleague picked up my boxcar sandwich to put it to her mouth. Once the waiter called out her correct order my colleague placed the sandwich down to receive the correct sandwich from the waiter. The waiter then looks at me to inquire on if I ordered food. I told her yes and that SHE gave my food away to the wrong customer. She proceeds to ask me so you’re not going to eat it because she touched it? I told her yes. She proceeded to ask me the question again, and said to me well even I have to touch the plate. I responded again to make it crystal clear that she picked up the sandwich and I expected another one. She reluctantly took the sandwhich to the back where she claims to have made it again fresh. Very disappointed in the customer service today as I would expect more especially with Covid numbers rising. I’m not sure of anyone who would willingly eat food that was served to someone else, touched by someone else, and almost placed in their mouth. I will not be back after being treated so poorly on today.

Sandwiches are consistently great. The staff is friendly. I have invited several work peers over the years with me for lunch and all have been pleased.

I had lunch here several days during my stay. The only problem I can say is that it was difficult to choose an item from their many choices and then to choose a favorite from among them.

Depending on the day or time, which seemed to be random, you could walk into a line or straight to the counter. They even offer call-in orders if you know what you want but I'm sure there's an online menu if you don't.

Highly recommend, and you can feel good that it's a local business too.

Delicious sandwiches and salads. They did an amazing job in catering a lunch for 25. Highly recommend using them for catering or just swinging in and grabbing a bite!

Great variety of sandwiches and wraps. Food is tasty and delicious. Lived here over 20 years and just discovered them a few months ago.

Fantastic deli with a local following and no wonder! This in a tiny strip mall, but wow is it a gem. They have the most delicious, fresh food and such a different menu. The staff is super friendly and the food is consistently good. Plenty of tables spaced apart and very, very clean. The wait is never long and they bring your food to the table via numbers. The desserts look delicious, although I haven't tried them, but I see people taking them. I have had several of the grilled chicken wraps and my husband has had several of the the "Train specialty" sandwiches, always to his taste! I forget the name but it's cute that they have the train names for the specialty sandwiches. Also the decore is really cute with the puzzles of the trains and the old-time pics. It's very nostalgic. The restrooms are super clean and I can't say enough about how much we love this place. Reasonable prices as well. Give it a try!

I got the Philly cheese combo. It was delicious and yhe perfect size. This little restaurant has puzzles all over the walls, it's so interesting to look at all of them.

The reason I didn't give them a 5 is that when they heated my sandwich they heated everything together. Mayo is not supposed to be heated. It could have been a great sandwich, not just an okay one.
Pretty sure it would have been good if EVERYTHING wasn't heated together.
Reply: I did request the bread be toasted and the meat and cheese be heated only.

This is a great place to eat. I always order the Falafel Wrap. I mean just this week alone I ordered it 3 times. The customer Service is excellent. I am so glad I found out about this place. It is so good.

Ok service was great but the chicken salad was horrible it was grinded into almost a paste and if u cant do chicken salad right absolutely not goin bck. Sorry not sorry
