Thrift Store Goodwill reviews
8 I know you can find some good things at Goodwill but I think the company just forgets that they're a THRIFT Store. IDK if the employees are just marking up the USED items that Goodwill gets for FREE or what. So many things I seen tonight I really wanted for my home but I mean $30 for a used Vase with dirt and foam in all over it? How about that half broken base for $17? You guys aren't a high-end establishment, you're a thrift store.had this problem with the goodwill on two notch Rd last year talking about
wanting $240 for a scratched up couch. Please just tell me are you guys trying to be funny?
Very friendly staff lots to look around for treasures quick check out and across cash and cards
Thus Goodwill is very big and has a large amount clothes, including a $1 section. But, the prices lean a little high on the hard goods.
This store is my favorite! Friendly staff. Store always clean and neat. I always find something! Great selection.
Wanda is the reason I’m doing this review. I believe Wanda needs better training in customer service. She checked out someone else in front of me even after being told by her supervisor to check me out. She did not even acknowledge me or ask because little to her knowledge I was actually the first in line. The reasoning she gave to checking out the other customer before me was “ you never know they may have to pick me up one day. ” I said very loudly if you are trying to go in order to who was in line first it was me. Again no acknowledgment. It could be because you can clearly see I’m a member of the LGBTQ community. So if you are a member please tread lightly when entering this location. Hopefully Wanda can move forward and remember to treat everyone equally and with respect.
Very Disappointed today! Sunday color of the day/ week items are taken down extremely too earlier. By noon on Sunday the $. 50 color of the week items are taken down by the staff in front of customers & customers are forbidden to touch the bins or baskets of clothes. 25% and 50% racks of clothes are put out in there place to prepare for the next weeks deal. This is wrong, if a promotion is advertised the items should be available until close of business! The $. 50 promotion draws customers into the store only to find it's not available!
This Goodwill is nice. There are times where you can find great bargains. Like most Goodwill it depends on the day of the week and selection of merchandise they put out. They have days where they put out greater things than other days, Idk why?
