I can not say enough positive things about Rose Hearing. Dr. Rose is attentive and professional. He fitted both me and my 90 year old "Step-Mom" for hearing aids. He was very kind and patient. Recently, I had an issue with one of my hearing aids; they fit me in right away and repaired it that day. Bitzi is very sweet and I always look forward to seeing her. Both she and Randi are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I waked into Rose Hearing Hilton Head without an appointment to fix an issue with my hearing aids. They took me right away and fixed my issue in a few minutes. Excellent place to buy hearing aids. Caleb does an excellent job of testing, explaining test results and how to use hearing aids. They give a trial period to see if you like them. I was never pressured to buy. The staff their is fantastic.

First time patient and had a great experience. Greeted warmly and was promptly seen and shared the problem concerning my hearing aids bought from another vendor in another state. They took my equipment and evaluated and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Cleaned them and installed new buds and was told no charge. Great service and I will return. Highly recommend!

For some time I’ve been meaning to have my hearing tested and Rose Hearing is right in my neighborhood. Today I found a slot in Randy’s day and had my tests. Randy took the time to patiently and professionally explain how our hearing works, tested me and then again took the time to walk through my results. Turns out my hearing, while showing the earmarks (bad joke, sorry) of aging, does not warrant hearing aids, at this time. Randy pointed out we now have a benchmark for subsequent tests to which I’ll definitely have done at Rose Hearing. Thanks Randy, great job.

Everyone at Dr Rose’s office is very professional, friendly and accommodating. I’ve been in there several times for minor issues with my hearing aids. They always get me in quickly and solve my issue on the spot. I highly recommend them!

Great service, not that hearing aids need much service but when they do, you want someone you can count on. If you have problems hearing, you need hearing aids and if you need hearing aids, you should buy the here.

Update: one of my hearing aids was misbehaving. They took me in immediately, programmed "loaners" for me and sent me on my way (hearing) until my repaired hearing aid is ready.

Friendly, straight-forward, knowledgeable, makes me feel confident that I can relax with their service.and readily available.
