I have rented a few units from them and they have made it very easy. They are very polite and respectful people to work with. Everything about the place has been a very pleasant and hassle free experience. I buy a lot of used appliances tools and some very gently worn clothing and repair if needed, and clean then I store it there until resale. If I see that I ether need a bigger unit or just need another unit Louis or Ashriel are right there to help. Doesn’t take them a couple minutes and you have exactly what you need. It’s a nice clean and safe place to store your property and I recommend it to anyone that needs a a clean safe and dry unit to keep their property. I’m in and out of there frequently and everybody else that I’ve ran into there (other renters) are very respectful people. Have had absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Rates are very reasonable and facility is cleaner than most I’ve seen. Louis, Ashriel and Taylor were all very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend

Louis was a great person to have help me! He walked through the unit spaces with me several times to make sure I understand the layout and broke down every protection plan for covering my personal items.

This facility is amazing. The ladies in the office, Ashley and Tikia are so pleasant and they bend over backwards to help with any issue you may have. The rental process is simple, the staff is wonderful and I can't imagine Goin anywhere else for my storage needs.

Betty Staples rents storage from Store Space and has very pleased with the assistance and quality of Store Space on Edgefield. Ash and Tika have been most helpful and very pleasant. I have helped her often and both of them have been wonderful folks with which to work.

While considering a move, I spoke to Ashriel and she didn't hesitate to explain the process and suggest ways to make it easier for me in the process! I ended up not moving to the area, but the knowledge was unprecedented.

Every since this storage changed hands from Cube Smart, I have had nothing but issues. 85% of the time, I can’t even get in my unit because the front to my storage side doors won’t open. And you can’t get anyone on the weekends to help. If you call it’s never someone local to Greenwood that answers. The price has increased twice and December 2022 marked just one year of me having it. The climate control is the only perk.

The best aspect about Store Space is the employees who manage the property. Ashriel is always very sweet and accommodating. She always greets me with a smile and can make a good joke out of most situations. Chitikia is very friendly and will go out of her way to make the customer happy. The facilities are well maintained and always clean.
