Casey's, Sioux Falls SD

The food is always a hit or a miss at this location. The staff isn't as welcoming as one would expect from so many years of the business. The pepperoni pizza at this location is like drinking grease than eating; it's definitely not a pretty sight to see so much grease on any type of pizza to begin with. Coolers seem to hardly be fully stocked majority of the days for drinks. It's an okay location, but definitely should have a bit more umph and sunshine for the location and traffic coming and going. Just my opinion.

At 6: 00 pm only pizza slices they had ready were crusty ones that are labeled "please enjoy by 4: 15" when I asked if anything else was on the way the answer was not at this moment.

Dirty, slow, literally the grimiest Casey's I've ever seen, wouldn't be surprised to find out they're doing drugs in the back. Everytime I make it there the pizza is burnt if your lucky to catch a slice because the displays are always empty. Always missing what I want, big empty holes in the shelves and the food sucks. And I love Casey's pizza, just anywhere but there.

Pizza was made well (8: 45pm order), employees were friendly, but the pizza had about half the cheese and 1/3 of the meat as the picture when ordering. I've had plenty of Casey's pizza's and individual slices, and this pizza was like eating a low-calorie thin-crust. It also had just about as many jalapeños as meat. Very disappointing. I hate Casey’s in Sioux Falls. You never know what you’re going to get. Will prob never order Casey's again — just too many bad experiences. You think you’re gonna cheap out on customers and they just aren’t going to notice?

July-12 -burnt chicken wings and a kinda burnt but oddly tasting cheese pizza. Very hard to eat

Last time we ordered
pizza we showed up around 15 min after the scheduled time after an hour wait. The pizza wasn't done had to leave an come back an hour later when we arrived again we got the wrong order

If I could give negative stars I would.i ordered a delivery through Your website and I told the driver to Call when he gets here as I live in a secured apartment complex. My order was returned ro the store. I called and talked to a girl she advised me to call doordash. I told her I didn't order through doordash. She hung up on me. I called doordash. Doordash advised me that they don't have order number or a way to refund me since I ordered through caseys. I called caseys back and asked the next girl who answered if my order could be remade and I would just come get it. I have 3 young kids that are hungry and she told me no they wouldn't make it. She hung up on me twice. I will never walk into another caseys as long as I live. Those girls were rude and very inconsiderate and not at all wanting go resolve this situation. I asked the lady to speak to a manager. She said her manager was the one who hung up on me the first time. I said so I'm just out the 47$ dollars then? She said unfortunately yes. I order caseys quite frequently. I am a loyal customer and I can't believe the way this was handled today.

Friendly staff, great options to choose from within store, when they're busy they still have friendly greetings, even better pizza!

Waited on hold today for 20+ minutes to order some pizzas for later tonight. Called a competitor with other phone and put my order in. They never did pick up.

UPDATE: Dec 2022 - more food items than I've seen in a while! They're doing better! Rating upped to 3 stars.
I've been told since about May 2022 that either their oven was broken or that the sandwich person didn't arrive until later or one excuse after another excuse. They only do pizza here, don't expect any other food items. Oh, they advertise that they have more than pizza, but I haven't seen this location do any other item in at least six months. That's a helluva broken oven!

The last 2 time I’ve order pizza from this location, the pizza wasn’t even started at the time it was supposed to be ready.

Another day another pizza order. Show up ten minutes early and pizza not even started. So waited another 30 minutes and still no pizza. Top notch service.
