11Best store in the area! Gavin and Kyler helped me out. They were very professional but they also treated me like a friend in a way. They had casual conversations and joked around. I felt very relaxed and appreciated. Best customer care I’ve witnessed in a good while.
Gavin was our sales associate BUT the young man whom helped out was just as informative and knowledgeable on phones, plans and data rates n all that good stuff. Overall experience was 10 out of 10! Highly recommend this store and their sales representative.
I work here rn so I'm kind of biased. We usually get less people so if you want someone available right away this is definitely the store to stop by.
This store is the best. They listen to what I want to do and do it no questions asked. Everytime I go to mall they try to upsell me and not let me handle my own devices when I upgrade. The store on rushmore crossings is always busy. These guys on Omaha get me in and out quick and do what I ask which is appreciated as a long time customer.
Visiting this T-Mobile store was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I swapped a phone from Verizon and a phone from AT&T both of which were brand new. The store employee explained they had a deal to swap 2 phones for new ones with no cost if we switch to a premium plan. They mailed me the new phones because they didn't have any in stock and told me to bring the old phones in when I get them. I went back in and they refused to take the phones because they didn't have a box to mail them so they told me to mail them back myself. After I got them mailed I received my second bill and they have now begun charging me for one of the phones despite the alleged deal I received.
Very friendly and greeted right away. Helped with what I needed and an overall positive experience! The manager gavin helped with what I needed! Thank you!

Drove over an hour to this store to set up / activate my new active 2 watch. The rep was irritated but helped me anyway. I Walked out because I was assured it was activated. Got home, not working. Called the rep who helped me, she said "I can't help you, call 611". Have been on the phone, on hold for 4 hours. How hard is it to activate a watch?
I went into the store today with my friend to get help with his phone. We met another guy there and they were doing the "change of responsibility" with the phone. Richard was very unprofessional. He kept saying (very loudly) that the other guy we met there had really bad credit and a suspended account. If I was that guy I would not want my personal business blurted out for the entire store to hear. It wasn't just one time Richard said it either.
