The Quarters at Vermillion

Have lived at the quarters for 3 years and love it. Went to grocery bag bingo tonight and the CA Sydney is awesome! So many fun resident events. Love living here

My husband and I have lived at the quarters for a little over a year now. We could not say enough good about it! The amenities are great and the people are so kind and helpful.

The quarters is a great place to live with awesome amenities. They have friendly workers who are always willing to help. I enjoy having my own bedroom and especially my own bathroom. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great place to live in Vermillion!

One of my favorite places to live! Perfect for college students transitioning out of the dorms because they make the bills super easy.

I have been with the Quarters for two years and I have loved my time here! The great amenities and close proximity to campus has been great as a student.

I have been living at the Quarters for awhile now. It is my first apartment, and they made it easy and were very helpful. Their staff is amazing and very welcoming. They put on activities, whether it be with the amenities or around the town. They try to involve the people who lease as much as possible, which allows for us to meet new people who live near us. The apartment styles are amazing as well. I love having my own room and bathroom! I have loved living here and will continue to say great things!

The quarters has great amenities like the pool, fitness room, printer, study area, and hot tub! The staff are all very friendly and maintenance requests are always addressed right away. The bathroom connected to each room is also very convenient. The quarters is a great place to live!

I have lived at the Quarters for almost 2 years and have loved it! Pet friendly, great amenities, and the best staff! Would choose the Quarters every time!

I’ve been at The Quarters for the last year and a half and have loved every bit of it. It’s great being so close to campus and experiencing football game days basically in our own backyard. The amenities are great and the community is even better. It truly feels like a home away from home!

My lease is ending in a couple months after almost two years at the Quarters and I enjoyed living here. Very reasonable prices for first-time renters and college students. The apartments are generally quiet but game days can be a little loud, although that is probably true of every apartment complex in a college town. I moved units halfway through my stay and several staff members helped me move free of charge (they literally moved all my heavy furniture, including a couch, armchair and dresser) which was incredible! The management staff are very kind and helpful, often greeting you by name, and they always answer the phone during office hours. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner as well. I never had to wait more than two days for a request to be completed. Easy access to the trash, mailboxes and the office itself. I wish the complex had some sort of recycling option, however, since recycling is kind of a struggle in Vermillion, especially off-campus. Walmart is within walking distance and so is the DakotaDome. The buildings are new and I never had any problems with appliances breaking during my stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very safe. Having your own bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer is also a lifesaver.

I have loved my time living at the Quarters! As a student they provide so many fun activities for us throughout the year and the amenities are great!

I absolutely love having my own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom! The amenities at the clubhouse are so convenient like free printing and free tanning. The year-round hot tub is sooo nice and the pool in the summer is perfect for those hot days! Also Walmart is just west of the Quarters location making it very convenient to walk over and get your groceries!

The Quarters is in a great location, with nice amenities & friendly workers. Some other benefits of living here is that they allow pets, have a hardworking maintenance crew, & provide fun opportunities to get to know other residents & participate in activities!

I enjoyed my experience of living at the Quarters! The staff are very welcoming and willing to help in any way. I love that they provide fun activities and events for the residents to join and win prizes!

Might be a little more expensive than other places in Vermillion, but the great amenities, staff, and housing options make it well worth it.

I have loved my time at the Quarters! I live in the 4 bed 4 bath style and it has been such a great experience. The apartments are all well-kept, clean, and modern. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming (especially Emily)! If there are ever any issues with appliances, drains, heating/ac, lighting, etc.the maintenance staff is there to help within 24 hours. Not only was the apartment very homey, but the other amenities like the pool, workout room, printer, and game room are also wonderful additions that I used often! I would HIGHLY recommend the Quarters to anyone.
