Jack Huff's, Gatlinburg TN

Pleasant surprise. Saw the vacant sign and took a chance. Room was spotless. Check in was fast and easy. Location was perfect. My only issue was road noise but I'm sure this is a problem at a lot of motels along the strip. Would stay here again.

Nice place that's been remodeled recently. This year there was a black bear that stayed on the hill on the back side of the hotel. Very cool experience. The hot tubs are nice too!

You can't beat this place! Definitely ask for a suite, i.e, 2 bedrooms with a pull out couch. We are in 222, and it very spacious. Only 1 block off of the strip, so you can park here for free while staying. Outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. We will be back in the summer. Lived everything about Jack Huffs. They even had a bear or two visit every day we were there.

First stay here… just got home today… staff very friendly.room was very clean.comfy beds.location is fantastic.hot coffee and apple cider.couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay… will definitely be back

We used to come every single year (or several times a year) with a large group for the parade. I haven’t been here in years and I was happy to see that the rooms are just as clean as I remember. Rooms have been remodeled and are modern and very spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The location is maybe 300ft away from the entrance to the village, so just minutes away from the parkway. A little hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone!

Super impressed by Jack Huffs. Stayed for 5 night last month and couldn’t be happier. The hotel room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient. I have stayed in hotels far more expensive that weren’t half as good as Jack Huffs. I will be a returning customer for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Hotel was very clean and close to the Gatlinburg strip. We didn't have to drive at all except to go to the park and Dollywood. Stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids (4 & 2) and found the hotel to meet all of our needs and some. There was even a bear sighting from the balcony! We will make this our preferred spot in Gatlinburg.

Everything was good. Only thing that would make it better would be a breakfast offering. Easy walk to many most everything. Visit The Village just down the street.

Kathy is a lifesaver, we owe our entire vacation experience to her. Most places would have said "sorry, can't help". She went above and beyond!

Paid extra for Deluxe room described with balcony view. Got a first floor porch not a balcony. Had a great view of the front bumper of our car. Back door opened to a cement wall. While vacationing we always choose rooms with balconies as we enjoy sitting out with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. After entering room I went right back to office saying we paid for balcony room could they move us to another room. Was told no and there were no refunds. We stayed mon thru fri. Disappointing. I will post pictures.

Rooms newly renovated, extremely clean and very spacious. All the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The Village is within a few steps so definitely convenient. Just off the main strip, away from all the traffic when you want to relax.
Will always stay here and anxious to return.

Our favorite place to stay. Unfortunately I have a service dog now and was told we couldn’t bring him. I’m pretty sure that’s against ADA laws. Very disappointed

I cannot say enough good about Jack Huff's! We booked last minute (based on good reviews) and were thrilled with everything we found there! The room was VERY clean. My husband needs some medical procedures each night that require a clean environment. We never worried while we were at Jack Huff's that the room may not be clean enough, it definitely was and we were able to do his nightly procedures without worry. Also, the LOCATION was amazing. The motel is a short 3-4 minute walk to the Village where we enjoyed donuts and coffee at the Donut Friar each morning and watched the town wake up and come to life. You can walk to almost anywhere from the motel which was amazing. Even being right in the heart of Gatlinburg, the traffic in front of the motel was not bad, making it easy to get in and out when we ventured outside of the downtown Gatlinburg area. We will definitely be back to visit Jack Huff's again!

This place is awesome, the rooms are clean, it’s right there when you get into gatlinburg, and to top it off, it even has a funny name!
