This is an excellent company to work with. The office staff is very accommodating and professional. The gentleman that did the installation was very nice. Appeared to be knowledgeable and cleaned up his mess before he left. He is an asset to the company In my opinion. I would recommend this company highly.

Cameron always takes care of anything we need! We love using NuMotion as our provider. I was able to tell them everything I requested in a bed for my daughter and he knew the perfect one. We even got to customize my daughter’s bed!

I would give a hundred stars to this company and their staff. Tabatha James did an expert job for us. She worked with the medical staff and insurance to get all the necessary approvals. She ordered the chair & did the customization. She delivered the chair and did a wonderful job teaching my visually impaired daughter how to operate the chair. Haley did a great job with the paperwork and handling insurance & payments. Great experience.

Cameron did an awesome job helping my son determine what options and features that would best
serve our needs.

I really enjoyed having Mr. Eric working with me on my wheelchair replacement. He really took the time to actually clean my wheelchair before repairing it. He really made my day and I really appreciate his help. He's a wonderful and well respectful man, thank you Mr. Eric for help.

Numotion is horrible! They are in the wrong business. You need a little compassion when dealing with folks with Mobility issues. Just trying to get a new seat cover and they are stressing me out? I’ll be looking for somewhere else to get my daughters next chair. I wish they had taken some tips on customer service from Carr Rehab! I miss Jeff and his hands on staff.

They web site states they have scooter but when I called they don't carry scooters. They were very rude. They told me to call my own insurance company. Looking forward to telling my Doctor about them.

I used to get my batteries replaced through Carr Rehab and I never had any problems with them. They were very helpful and worked with MDA and my insurance so I wouldn't be saddled with a large bill. They never asked whether I bought the chair from them. Numotion bought out Carr Rehab and they will not help with something as simple as batteries unless I bought the chair from them. My chair came from MDA, no charge, when they used to do that sort of thing. I just went and bought a manual chair from Numotion and it took months to receive and they couldn't take the time to train me on the watch that came with the power drive. So disappointed with this company.

They changed the way they do business now if you have certain kind of chair you have to bring into shop yourself nevermind if chair running right now exceptions I am not able to push that power wheel chair bunch of bologna they used to be a good company but now they don't care about customers or their health just their policies

Through no fault of there own I got bought a lemon and was stranded several times in every instance techs were deployed in no time time and they worked tirelessly until the problems were resolved

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Carr rehab was wonderful. Customer service with numotion is non-existent. You can't even get anyone on the phone. The chair that they provided to me is a piece of garbage. I am a bilateral amputee and transportation is difficult. I was told today that they would no longer come to the home to work on the chair or bring a loaner. My chair feels like it is about to fall apart underneath me. It would take me 72 hours to get transportation scheduled. I am worried about the chair breaking down before I could get it there and asked whatever I should do if it did. They told me to call 911. I will be taking my future business to national seating and mobility.

I called to give them new business. They told me that if I didn't have a current account with them they wouldn't help me. I was shocked and disappointed. Who doesn't accept paying customers? So, if you need wheelchair maintenance, Numotion isn't the place for you!

All I wanted was a small motorized wheelchair, for I live in a small motor home which they came to do specs, eight months later, what I got was something in the form of a scooter with a joy stick on the arm that is too big to use in my house, I can't take outside, I can't even go to the mailbox. My body is severely deformed due to arthritis so when I do use it it causes more pain than anything. And when my insurance company and I called about it they refused to do anything about it.
I'm thinking of hiring a lawyer

I have been trying to get the motors replaced in my chair since November 2022 through LaVergne TN location. It is now January 23,2023. After bringing DAMAGED motors to my home on 12/22/22, NuMotion cancelled my repair appointment today stating that they still do not have the replacement motors. BTW, I paid OUT OF POCKET to NuMotion in November and still no service.

Absolutely horrendous service. Called their new system after being a customer for 15 years needing service. Did not hear back from them for 4 days. Was having an emergency and no help. Finally a tech called me back 3 times within 5 minutes on the 4th day while I was in the hospital having a procedure. His third call said I had to call back and start the process over to get them to call me back again who knows when. Once upon a time when they were CARR rehab, they were personable and incredible. Now that they are NuMotion you are just another number and no longer matter.

Absolutely garbage service could care less my daughter has no wheelchair and could care less about their clients!
