I rented long term from Parker Peery in Dickson and I had the greatest experience as a renter. Janet and the other ladies at the office were always wonderful and they always assisted me with anything I needed. I used the portal to pay my rent and it was very easy. I basically set it and forget it, so I never had to worry about being late with my payment. Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were right on top of it and it was fixed promptly. Plus the maintenance men were always very kind and professional.
