Pinnacle Dermatology - Springfield

The receptionist was very helpful, friendly. Then as I was called back to see the doctor, I was also greeted with friendliness and received the attention of the evaluation to my problem. Also the of my appointment time was less than an hour.

This was my first time I've ever been to a dermatology. Sandra French and stuff was amazing. Clean office didn't have to wait long at all. They felt like family I highly recommend.

Sandra French and her 2 assistants are the best! I had to have 2 biopsies done today! It was my 6 month check up. They all made me feel at ease and pain was minimal. Definitely would recommend Sandy!

Pinnacle dermatology is such an amazing place! They were friendly and really helped to get down to the root of my dermatology issues. Dr. French and her team are very knowledgeable and assisted in getting me on track to healthy hair. I look forward to my next visit.

There was no wait and everyone at the office was really nice. I needed further tests that had to be pre-authorized by my insurance and they had accomplished that and set up the appointment before I even drove home. Great experience

Wonderful experience. I was seen in a timely manner. The dermatologist was thorough in explaining what was going on. She treated all my pre-cancer spots and scheduled a follow-up appointment in 4 months.

Clean office, easy to find, 2 minute wait time to be called back. Very quick to see the doctor and immediately did the all over skin check, then short 3-5 minute wait for numbing medicine & a removal, quick and professional extremely kind staff even at the end of the day. Love the doctor here! Well worth my 5 hour drive each way to be seen here!

I would recommend Pennacle Group to anyone. They are there for the patient and very interest in helping with your problem. They also are very quick to listen to the patient, some Drs do not do this and that is an important part of my treatment.
