The rooms were big and clean. It was very quiet and the view from the balcony was nice. The road to get there is a little windy but maintained. Apart from a confusing shower, and small hot water tank, the hotel is great.

Well let me start by saying the place is nice but there was no hot water in 132 I was not Abel to take a shower after a 6 hour drive. Very disappointing and I called customer support I stay on the phone trying to call someone and it took me 20 minutes just to speak with someone about my issue and I am still waiting to get hot water. This place is truly a joke because when I call for assistance they just keep giving me different excuses. I advise is you want to stay in a place that will make sure you are priority then do not stay here

We were relocated to this property after a cleaning and upkeep issue with the original room we booked.

Both the experience with customer service and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property and room are excellent.

I would recommend a stay here.

Hit or miss love the food but going through the drive thru is mostly a miss!

Our condo was fantastic everything was soo cool from the views so how big and luxurious it is magnificent is an understatement

Our condo was super clean with amazing views. The beds are full size beds in both bed rooms. Will definitely be staying here again

Not really the nicest place. It's definitely not luxury in any means other than the size. Once you enter and notice the details of the rooms you'll start to wonder why is not taken care of better or more effort put into it. The electrical is odd because several switches don't work. At least two outlets aren't wired properly in the master bedroom, the top outlet doesn't work, and didn't charge my phone overnight. No oven mitts, and some of the things in the place don't make sense like a giant stock pot. We also turned the rug inside because the one corner was sticking up causing a safety trip hazard. Moldy shower curtain. The room also smelled pretty bad, we ended buying a candle from a local place to get rid of the smell. Not sure why they don't do a little extra here. Why not have some maps, or local soap markers soap inside with a card. It's because it's about the money not the experience. Most of the pictures were taken upon first arrival. I would also like to point out that if you look through VACASA for this, they only allow good reviews on their site as you can tell there is no option to leave a review on there. They only publish the ones they want.
