West Town Mall reviews
26 3.5 stars. Surprisingly active for a mall nowadays. Plenty of people. Very nice to see. We love in a tri-state area and every mall we visit are pretty dead even on weekends. We love malls and it's so nice to see this one doing well.
Knocked off half a star because of security. We like to park on the roof top parking because it's always empty, and has a nice view. Well, my wife parked a bit in the next spot, and we came out to a improper parking violation notice. I get that we were technically parked improperly, but there was and never is ANYONE else up there, so i guess we gave a bored security guy something to do.
Clean friendly staff. Lots of places to go. Went in for 1 store hit 6. Ropes you in and almost makes it feel like a trip to the mall used to normal.
There is a man in the women’s bathroom. Trans or not there is a family bathroom you can use. There are kids and elders using the bathroom.
New Store's, picked up supper for me and wife. Two surprises first very clean, most folks including young adults wearing mask.
This mall has a great variety of stores and has some local shops as well! The food court has many options, including many ice cream and candy stores! My favorites were all the movie/tv/music stores around the mall. There was some construction during my visit, but none that interfered with the shopping experinece of the visitors.
This mall has been kept up nicely over the years. Variety of stores and good restaurants nearby. The Regal Cinema and staff there are very nice.
Just like any other mall it seems like. I've only been there a handful of times so I don't know much about it.
Very beautiful mall, with a great food court. In the immediate area of the mall, I was able to get both Chick-fil-A AND The Cheesecake Factory!
Surprisingly convenient shopping experience, good parking and street access, large variety of shops and businesses.
Construction makes it difficult to get around but overall it seems like a safe and easy place to shop
This is a very diverse mall with many, many different types of stores. I went to Lenscrafters and went to the eye doctor as well. Both were good experiences. The mall was not crowded and there was plenty of parking. It was very clean inside and the mall is well kept.
Best place to one stop shop in Knoxville. They have all of the major store brands under one roof and continue to grow and get better. Currently remodeling as of this review, but this is a go to place for me and my family for gifts and premium clothes, etc.
Time for a update. The food court floor is cracked and looks worn out. This high traffic area needs replacing.
West town is of course better than the Knoxville Center Mall! The selections are far better and you can always find something to get into. However, with the recent construction for upgrades are annoying at the moment, people are too close for comfort.
Good selection of stores and well kept. Flooring is being redone, so it's bare cement in some places.
We absolutely love shopping here. We can go here and get everything we are looking for. They have all your lastest trends. There remodeling right now and it is only going to make it better!
Good place to shop however the indoor shopping mall is loosing stores to outdoor malls here in East Tennessee. They still offer great shopping and very good restaurants!
The first time I went I walked in and almost a has a heart attack it was amazing there were so many stores I could have shopped for hours great store although some were a little expensive but ig was awesome and I'm definitely going back
This is the best mall around, although it could use updating. Would love to see a Nordstrom's added to East TN.
A bit confusing to navigate compared to other malls, but there are signs.
Subway. Body language said they didn't want to be there, Roasted Oven grilled sandwich was cold. Had to reach across counter to retrieve my sandwich, no ice for drink and had to go back to ask for a napkin. It was Black Friday, maybe they were tired. Don't want to hurt them. You asked, I shared my experience. And no, if I'm back at that court, I will think twice about getting Subway. God Bless You and all your staff.
