Arctic Circle, Highland UT

I ordered a taco salad and the meat was so over seasoned I had to remove it from the salad, they need to taste test that first and cut back on the spice mix they use, I’ve had that at other location and it was not like that at all.

The food was super fresh, The place looks super clean and nice, and the employees I interacted with were not only nice, but friendly and fun to talk to! I said I want "lots of fry sauce" and before I had a chance to elaborate, she said, "ohhh yeah, I gotcha covered" which was a fun moment and really made me feel confident that I was getting what I wanted.

Arctic circle is a tad more expensive than your average fast food place, but certainly worth the cost.

Only gripe is the tendies were a little overdone, not juicy enough. Everything else was on point though. Fish was tasty and flakey, cheese curds were to die for, fries were fresh, etc. I'll definitely be going back.

Once Covid hit I drove out there several times only to find out there’s no halibut sandwiches.
Do you have them back now?
With gas prices on the rise I don’t want to waste a trip.
Tried calling to ask but no one answered the phone.

Delicious comfort foods on the go. The fried foods are always crisp and fresh. Absolutely not healthy but otherwise worth it.

On my last visit, my hamburger was charred to a crisp and tasted like burnt cardboard. I watched an employee open my drink, put their nose on the rim and smell it to see what was in the cup. The person helping us forgot to give us part of our order. The fries were stale. This wasn't my first poor experience at this location. Their lobby is closed, while every other business I go to in the area is open. There are better places to go for food that have higher quality and service.

I love Brussels sprouts so much. Vessel kitchen has the best I have had from a fast food restaurant. I love to pair them with the pot roast and the sweet potatoes!

This location has really gone down hill since new ownership took over. There is no customer service at all. Staff is unfriendly and unhappy. Really sad since we don’t have many food options right here in Highland, they had a lot of potential.

Dipped cones are a MESS! The ice-cream melts through the dip coating, dripping faster than you can eat it. The coating falls off the cone onto you! Avoid dipped cones.

Haven't been here enough times to truly give a good enough review, however the few times I have been here, the food has been good, my order was right and the service was fast and friendly. The cheese curds are one of my favorite items here.

Its ok. Burgers are like hockey pucks, you know like the pre-made frozen ones in your freezer. They put shake in small cup then put small cup in bigger one. Looks like your getting a big one, but your not.

Food good, lady I met was so rude. I tried to walk up to the window, and the lady explained to me in the most condescending voice of all time that they don’t take walk ups and she shut the window in my face. So I called them and in the same talk-down way, she said the same thing and she hung up on me.

Been here multiple times for lunch and of course we are in a 12' tall boxtruck and cannot fit thru the drive thru and their lobby is closed but I call in to see if they can do it over the phone and every time they go above and beyond to come out and take our order.we really appreciate this artic circle and all the ladys that work there thank you guys so much.

Me and my family came through the drive through last night. The line was long and it wasn't moving very fast. A young woman was taking our order. And we were having trouble hearing each other. But she said she got it down. We then waited 25 minutes in line for our food. When we got to the window a 3 piece halibut was missing from our order. One of the girls at the window was extremely nonchalant about the mess up and basically told my husband that it is what it is. He was very upset. Another young lady came over and impatiently said said ok fine we'll add it to the order pull over to the side and we'll bring it out eventually. My husband said no I'm not getting out of this line until I get my food. I guess another co worker heard what was going on and she came to the window. I don't want to lable her but she was African American. I want her to get credit. She explained to my husband that she took the order and that she messed it up And she should have clarified with us. She did what the other girls didn't do. She apologized and was extremely kind and professional. She then was able to convince my husband to pull over to the side. When the food was done she came out to the car with our food. And she gave us courtesy cones. The food was very good. So just make sure that she knows that she handled the situation very well. And that we were impressed with her.

Overpriced garbage. They can’t seem to get an order right to save their life. I will make it a goal in my life to never visit this poor excuse of an establishment ever again…

Our disabled son wanted too order for himself. Initially he offered twice as much food as he had money. The wonderful young lady behind the counter helped him reduce his order to match the money he had. She then brought the offer to him personally instead off calling him from behind the counter. This young lady earns full stars from us. I hope her boss appreciates her and the extra time she took.

I kind of love artic circle not because it's the best place to eat but it's family friendly and they have really good ice cream if you want a good ice cream cone on a hard day this is the place to go!

Every single time we come here they never hear the order right in the drive thru, there’s always a huge line so we feel bad trying to get it fixed… got to the window got our drinks one was not even cold. Forgot my little baby brothers ice cream cone & told them… she went back to go get it, but as she did we went and looked in the bag for everything else & they also forgot a burger & my brothers toy. We were jus really annoyed and ended up driving off.

I have gone here on 3 separate occasions and every time without fail I have received the completely wrong order. Not even close to what I ordered. The staff is cordial at best, often coming across bored and unwilling to provide good service. I really want to like this location because I thoroughly enjoy this chain and receive spectacular service at any of their other locations but this location simply does not deliver in any shape or form. Save your time and money and drive over to Wendy’s just down the street. They have excellent customer service, the food is always what you ordered, and most importantly it’s hot!

Although they ran out of our favorite food they did everything within their power to make it right. It made me feel important and I appreciate that kind of attitude.

Food is WAY overpriced. The only reason we ever go there is because my husband likes the halibut, shrimp, and tater tots.
