Bozz Heavy Duty Towing and Diesel Roadside

Had a brake chamber leaking air, loves didn’t wanna do it, so I called these guys to come out on a Monday evening to change it. A winter storm was moving in, the tech that came out got it changed right away. He communicated as he was in route to let me know his eta, will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I cant give this place a full bad or good review but I can say that I am late on this posting. I had a radiator hose on the driver side of the engine leaking pretty bad, they sent out a mechanic, the guy was really nice but the issue I had is he said the job to replace the hose (detroit compressor coolant line) would take 8 to 10 hours and had to go to a shop, I sent him on his way and after a few other road side mechanics told me they could not come I called freightliner who referred me to a road side mechanic in Salt Lake City who came out and replaced that hose in under 25 minutes from the time he arrived til the moment I paid him it was exactly 25 minutes. While I don't want to talk bad about the bozz mechanic, I don't know his skill level as a mechanic, he did tell me he called 3 other mechanics and they all told him it had to be brought to their shop for a 8 to 10 hour repair. I am glad I did not listen to his and their advice because even though I am not a mechanic, I know for a fact that line can be replaced on the side of the road or in a parking lot with the correct tools. Anyway maybe next time you will get a chance to redeem yourselves for a 5 star review, until then, youtube is your best friend and this part is all over youtube being replaced in minutes.

I'd give this company a 10 star review if I could. He saved us $30k by saving our motor in our 2017 f350. He did it in one day and brought us our truck by the end of the day, because of them we are no longer stranded in Utah. Thanks Dillon for getting us on the road and back home.words can't express our gratitude. The pricing was beyond far. True American company.

Amazing service, above and beyond. I was stranded for three days at the Love's travel station trying to replace a broken radiator on my CDL truck. (They failed! NEVER USE THEM!)

I was sent to Bozz Towing, who managed to not only do it in a fraction of a day, but also agreed to put me up at a nearby hotel for the night while the payment for the labor cleared with my company.

This guy and his family who run the shop then drove me, in their truck, with their children to the hotel. Like I was some distant relative of theirs! And they stuck around until they knew I was checked in and safe for the night. The kindness of these people!

There are no words to describe my gratitude, but I'm doing my best. This has been one of my worst breakdown experiences, but they gave it a silver lining.

I broke down in my truck on the highway near their business so I said screw it and 1 fuel filter and fuel pump later I'm still in the same position that was 800+ 250 for a tow 90 for fuel filter 120 per hour for labor when I told them my pickup tube in the tank needed cleaned you no what they didn't do the only thing I specifically asked for several times Stay away yes the tall guy was quite polite and cordial the shorter dude was letting his position get to his head. Go elsewhere if you can Go Somewhere Else.

I had a blown coolant line called these guys and they were able to come out on a Sunday. Within an hour they were able to diagnose the problem and got me back on the road to see my family. The guy who came out was supper helpful and very nice! Will call them again with any issues within the area. Would highly recommend to any body
