Dollar Tree, Provo UT

I have been shopping at this location for years and it has been in some bad shape for a long time but about 3 years ago they got a new store manager and not only did she fix the store but she has kept it up for the last 3 years. The store is always clean and the shelves are always full the management team is very helpful and the lines go quick. I am sad to report that I hear that the store manager is looking for a new job somewhere else and I just know the store will crash and burn once she leaves. I wish corporate will realize what they have in this store manager and do everything they can to keep her.here are a few pictures I have taken of her store.

Since I have been to multiple dollar tree locations, I pretty much expect the same thing each time. With the variations, my experience with this location was smooth.
They keep their stock rotated well. If you have ever been to an unworked store, you know what a difference that makes.
The staff is helpful when certain items are in different places and keep the store in darn good condition. That is an accomplishment alone considering the amount of people that come in and out every day.
Being near BYU and UVU, I noticed more school related items in this location. Which for me, is definitely a plus. I also like how close it is to the library and other stores. Sometimes the 1dollar wireless earbuds just won’t do the trick.
The cleaning supplies are great for quick tasks that don’t require keeping the equipment.

So there's this old cashier who messed up the WHOLE thing. He messed up the guy's order before me and mine. And I was gonna get charged extra too. Never coming back here again.

Go to the dollar store exciting things happen there. I was at the Dollar Tree the other day and a car catched on fire.

I love great finds at the dollar tree! Always lots of fun, random stuff. Sometimes its hard to find exactly what you want since stuff comes in and out often, but usually you can find something that fits your needs:)

It probably has what you need and more! But I would say that it is glum inside. A solid 2 hours of effort and a budget of ~$100 would make the interior more appealing. (Well I guess the budget would have to be higher to make the lighting less drab). As far as functionality, it's just fine

Tall girl with long brown hair was very rude she threw the product in the bag, then threw the bag to the side, and didn't speak in a friendly way. As a customer or even an african american female it's not appreciated to be treated in such a manner. Very poor service at the provo location near target and maceys

Not bad not very busy but I also came on a Sunday and this is Utah. Small store limited selection but otherwise not bad

I like to drop by here when we shop at Macey's. They have good buys on seasonings and birthday cards. 2 for $1. For any Brazilians reading this they have rice that is from Brazil so you can make rice like you did in Brazil.

I was helped by some very friendly staff, as far as Dollar Tree's go, this is a good one.

It's the dollar store, everything's a dollar. What could be better, especially when I you want cheap snacks and drinks!

I was able to find what I needed under 10 minutes. The lady was friendly and upselled but wasn't pushy abt it.

Went here a week before Christmas and there was no Christmas items in sight. Instead they replaced everything with Valentines Day things? Which doesn’t make sense because that isn’t even the next holiday to come. Very disappointed.

Dollar Tree of 2020 is the Woolworths of 1985. It's a great place to get anything and everything you need for the right price. We take a trip here almost every Saturday and let out little kids pick a great and a toy. I also completely stock my classroom prize closet from here and my students who are 12 to 14 years old can't get enough.

I love me the dollar tree! I watched Karen go out of her way to make sure customers were helped.

One of the employees was very accusatory and thought I had shoplifted a soda when I was purchasing a few items, when in fact I had bought it at another store. I don't recall the cashiers name, but it was very unnecessary. I'll leave it at that. Just beware of employees that may harass you.
