Dollar Tree, Lindon UT

Lots of selection, very cute holiday options and the best place to get helium balloons! Employees were all very helpful and nice.

The place smelled pretty damp and like mildew, it was very strong.

We visited this store today and had a pretty typical shopping experience. The store was a little bit of a mess and the carpet wasn’t the cleanest but it was okay. When checking out, the cashier was exceptionally slow (understandably because she was a little older) but then continued to ring up items incorrectly. I corrected her because she accidentally scanned one item twice and a different item not at all. She was frustrated that I said something and threw the items on the counter disrespectfully. She didn’t correct it and said they were all the same price anyway. I understand that sometimes things get rung up wrong, but it happened to me twice and the customer in front of me multiple times. After scanning my items, I paid and she started scanning the next customers. I asked if I could have a receipt, she sighed, the receipt printed, I waited for her to hand it to me but she never did so I had to reach around to get my own receipt (which the customer in front of me also had to do). More than anything, I was frustrated with the cashier’s attitude and disrespect for customers and their purchased items. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but the receipt stated the sales associate’s name as Julie. The store was busy and the line to check out was long and yet another cashier closed her line instead of helping more customers. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I will never be shopping at this particular Dollar Tree again. The one on State Street in Orem is much better.

I came to this dollar tree after buying some items at Walmart across the parking lot and when I entered the store they asked me to leave my Walmart bags up front while I shopped (very reasonable). After shopping around I asked for my bags back before leaving and the had accidentally given them to another customer with their items. The manager said they got mixed up with their bags and they took my items with them. They gave me a cash refund for the cost of my lost items but it was still a little frustrating for me because I had to go back to Walmart to buy the same things again. In addition, this dollar tree is always scattered with boxes. No matter what isle you’re on their is always inventory boxes stacked along the sides, it’s kind of a mess all the time.

This particular location has weird hours right now, if they posted that on their website and/or maps I would probably give 5 stars. Always have what I need, fairly quick, but can often be a bit messy with boxes on the ground

I love working here I like helping my customers and I really enjoy stalking the shelves and so far with the little amount of coworkers we have this store has remained clean and organized and our customers are really amazing people

This is the most organized and straightened Dollar Tree I have been in. There are 2 closer stores to me, but the Lindon store will be my "go to" store from now on. The employees and manager were exceptionally courteous.

Always enjoy going to this store. Tons to choose from and only a $1.25 now but still deals and awesome staff!

I came here to look for something for my sister, and I couldn't find it, it, so Linda helped to me look all over the store for it. I left because I couldn't find it, but Linda came running out into the parking lot waving the thing in the air. I am so grateful for her help, and she also took me into a separate cashier station so that I could skip the line. Linda is awesome!

I don’t normally do reviews but I would give the one and only employee that was working yesterday 11/10/2021 a 5 star! I had never been in that particular store before but had stopped to grab pizza for all the employees at my place of work and decided to hurry and run in for paper plates. There was a line of at least 15 people and only one employee, the employee politely said, “please be patient with me it is only me! ” She treated everyone great! It is sad that there is nobody willing to work and kudos to her for showing up and doing the job of 5 or more people all by herself, with a smile on her face. I hope every person treated her great!

Soooooo dirty! Looks like it has never been vacuumed or organized. Back room storage door was open & empty boxes & garbage by the MASSES were all over! The clerk was nice & fast, but I would never go back due to the cleanliness.

Good prices items. The name of the store is exactly what you'll find inside. A dollar for everything. Good service was provided when needed and there is a good selection of both food and every day objects.

I’m impressed that this store has maintained the $1 price tag for everything at the end of 2021. Other Dollar Tree’s I’ve been to have upped it to $1.25. Nice!

Great service, plenty of products, and can find almost anything you need in here. Nice little store!

This store is one of the worst dollar trees I've ever been to. Boxes everywhere, shelves not stocked, it was a huge mess. So disappointing. I couldn't find anything I went there for that are commonly stocked items in other dollar trees. I hope they get it together.

This store is fantastic if you want the thrill of never knowing when it will be open or closed. It is so exciting to show up and think that they are open but then find out (via a hand written sign), that they actually won’t open until 12: 00pm. Also, this is a fun place for those of you that thrive in messes. You will enjoy the scavenger hunt theme throughout the store when looking for an item. Hooray for Dollar Tree!

I just have to commend the staff at this location they have had a lot of turn-over, short staffed, shortened hours, they did get a new manager recently & it looks like things are improving. Isles are a little bare & a bit messy, I’m sure customers contribute to the disorganization it will be nice to see what they can do when they have more staff to get on top of it & time will tell.

Good place to find office stuff, food, clothing, gift, everything cheap.
But it a complete mess.
Mech on the floor, always is dirty.
