Jack in the Box, Ogden UT

I ordered through the app for pick up. I arrived to the restaurant at the pick up time. I went up to the pickup window, nobody was there. Waited a couple of minutes, but the workers never came up to the window. The workers did notice that people were waiting in the window, but didn't bother to check in on us. I waited about 10 minutes before I decided to leave, did not get my food. Don't know why they have a window option, if they're not going to use it. Really disappointing experience.

As someone who grew up with Jack in the box in California I was excited for this location to open. At 6: 30pm on a Friday night I went through the drive thru which
was very slow. Received my tacos that were cold and extremely greasy. My order of onion rings consisted of 5 luke warm dry onion rings and a sandwich that was disappointing,

I've been going to Jack since I was a kid. So happy one finally opened up here. When I still lived in SoCal, it was always one of my go to places after a long night of partying and carousing. The food is as good as I remember it, Ultimate Cheeseburger still one of my favorites and of course the Tacos my 'first' love still tastes the same.

There is no indoor seating, it's strictly drive thru or walk up window. Perfectly fine with that, we don't live too far so we just eat at home. Oh and the Boba isn't too bad but for the cost it's a little too small.

Now to open one on 12th street area:)

Spent nearly 100 dollars for family and did not get the sauces and the fries were stale not fresh

Really worth it. Jack in the use to be so much better. There were a bunch of people standing around inside. It seemed like they served cars more or on line. Most likely won't go there again.

Only time will tell, with lots of room to improve and only needing more staff but to say there food isn't good couldn't be farther than from the truth. Issue is with keeping up and service will be a place to work towards

It took 30 muns for 3 items that were ordered prior to arrival standing in the cold. Plus the food tasted awful and gave me food poisoning.

We love Jack in the Box but this location does not have indoor seating! Why give the option to dine in on the app if there's no seating inside? Also, there's only one table for outdoor seating! Why didn't they build a restaurant where you could eat inside? !? Then we arrive and our order wasn't ready.we ordered thirty minutes in advance, mind you! But there was a female worker inside putting on lip balm and checking her five inch nails right in front of us, not making eye contact with any customers outside. This was a horrible experience!

Took close to an hour for 1 munchie meal I ordered online I don’t get how it possibly takes that long for 1 meal not everybody has all night to wait for the food and then better yet to have it come out cold and have my sauces forgotten after wasting my time and then when I come back for the sauces the workers are just in the back vaping and not even bothering to help the customers.

Waited for over an hour, even though online order said seven minutes. Everything was cold. Maybe hire more staff?

Utah and ogden have been waiting for a jack in the box. I have personally had no interest in it, but my family wanted it. The fries were soggy and cold. Burger was actually kind of plain, I think what even saved it was the Swiss cheese on it. I'm probably just particular in some things.

I came here after my collage classes for lunch. I've never been to a Jack in the Box before. The guy who took my order was very kind and let me look at the menu with out being rushed. My food was hot and was made fast. No complaints!

This is the second time visiting with the same issues. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy last time. But again my order was wrong. My fries were half gone and the wrong fries. Everything was cold. It wasn't even busy this time. Horrible experience again.

Surprise surprise surprise wow why another fast food junk food restaurant chicken sandwich dry gross whatever is the curly fries are they're not curly for sure the jalapeno bites we have two and then one was nothing but batter well this is what you get when you're serving Frozen refried food, my bad I knew better! Jack in the box is not what you're cracked up to be! I will not be back

At 3am the food was actually really good. And not because I'm tired but because the cooks did an amazing job.

Super fun! No dine in though so that was disappointing high quality and quick service and as well as high quality food!

Terrible service, they are slow and leave people, customers and app drivers waiting outside in the cold, without even talking to the customer, I saw a lot of people leaving angry.

Customer service can make or break a place, and working with the supervisor Amaya was a pleasure!

We're new to their app, got a code, and instead of her just telling us we need to go through the website, she told us other specials to look for throughout the week, and other uses through the app.

She didn't make us feel like a burden. She was very welcoming and helped us more than we expected!

I bought and paid for 16 tacos, and I only received 10 tacos. I am not happy. Jack in the box is better than this.
