Jack's Place Professional Collision Repair, Draper UT

I’ve been rear ended 2x; both times I took my car to Valley Collision. They do such a great job, they’re easy to work with, and they are always so helpful!

They are amazing and I love them they were fast and amazing and honest. They are honest and truthful. Also really friendly. If I ever need car repairs done again im taking my car to Valley Collision. My Chuckie is gonna come home.

We went to Jacks Place to have our fender and bumper repaired. Their price was far better than other bids I received. They did a beautiful job and even buffed out some other scratches along the doors. I would highly recommend Jacks Place. I left feeling well cared for with a clean car (inside and out) and a complimentary hand soap. Little details that made my experience great.

I had an amazing experience with Valley Collision Draper. I got rear ended and was absolutely dreading having to deal with insurance and a body shop. But they made the entire process such a breeze! Misty Welch was so sweet and walked me through the entire process. They had a rental car waiting for me. They kept me informed through the entire repair with calls and text messages. My car was finished early. It looked incredible when I picked it up. They had cleaned the inside and outside of the car as well. Such a great company! I will always use Valley Collision for body work.

They did such an amazing job taking care of my Audi! Fixed some damage on my bumper “just because they were already in there”. I can’t tell you enough how easy to work with and helpful they are. Definitely coming back for any other car damage.

Jack’s Place was so great and helpful in fixing my car quickly! Their quality was 10/10, and I could tell they spent an adequate amount of time working on my car. They were able to make adjustments very easily based on the difficult of the repairs. They even cleaned my car after! Brought my car in after a snowy day fender bender. They explained everything easily, gave me a rough estimate of time and money, then sent me on my way in less than 15 mins. Job was done almost a week sooner than they anticipated and done beautifully! I hope I won't need their services again, but if I do they'll be the first I call.

Jacks place is the best! Totally exceeded expectations and very fast in estimating and getting the car done. Paint match is perfect and the car was detailed when we picked it up! These folks have a great reputation for a reason. I worked for a body shop for a number of years and only now i wish i had worked there instead. Thank you folks for your care and teamwork!

I have been coming to Jack’s Place anytime that I have body work needed on a car. They are very professional, and always do an amazing job. They give you a timeframe and always exceed what is expected of them. I always recommend them to anyone that asks for a great place for bodywork to be done on cars.

Very nice, friendly and professional place. My 2013 Red Chevy Camaro needed the front bumper, which is one piece, replaced and they did a good job and matched the paint the way it was supposed to. It took 4 days.

Jack's Place is one of the few "Quality" places that I know, that is the only place I will take my car too for repairs.

The work done on my Escalade was perfect. They were able to successfully match the custom paint color I had recently put on the vehicle. The work was done in a reasonable period of time and one would never know that the vehicle had extensive rear end and fender damage.

So far so good. They have prompt in taking care of my daughter's car. We are expecting to pick it up next week. If they are anything less than stellar I will update this post.

Had Jack’s Place fix our Audi Q3 after we got rear ended. They were super fast, did a great job and took care of everything. Super easy to work with and they are a StateFarm preferred repair shop, so that made it easy with my insurance Also.

Five stars! The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. By the time I had been there for the estimate, drop off, and pick-up, she recognized me and knew my name. She helped coordinate a rental car with Hertz, which ended up being a breeze.

The service guy estimated 2-3 days for my minor bumper repair. He called after Day 1 with an update, and by the end of Day 2 it was fixed, painted, and ready for pick-up. They even washed it (inside and out)!

Great service. I will definitely be coming back to these guys with future repairs.
