This place was amazing. Huge selection and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wish we had a store liked this back home, but would always return is passing through again.

Wonderful local bookstore. They have a great selection of books and they're very helpful. I also like their local books and various other odds and ends. Buy here and support real people - not a billionaire who needs to send himself into space.

A must stop in place in Wilmington. Peaceful venue with friendly knowledgeable staff and great selection.

A lovely little bookstore! They have a great collection of books, new and old. The staff was very kind and helpful, and I really loved that there were handwritten recommendations from them on books around the store.
The store also has a lot of different cute nicknacks such as pins and stickers!

The owner was working and was so friendly and helpful. Not only did she provide great book recommendations, but she also called local restaurants to ensure they were open for our group for dining that evening.

The store was filed with a great collection of books from every genre. My personal favorite part were the handwritten recommendations from their staff on the books around the store. It was such a thoughtful personal touch.

There’s also so many cute gifts, cards, stickers and pins. Great place for books, gifts and more.

I’m so relieved Wilmington has a bookstore like Bartleby’s, a place where you can find a little bit of everything and the staff are quick to help you find what you need. I was on the lookout for a book by a local author, and they steered me through a variety of genres, including history, nonfiction, fiction, mystery, and fantasy. Like any good indie bookstore, they also offer some local souvenirs and gifts, and there’s also limited seating on their second floor. I’d change very little other than perhaps additional seating on the first floor.
