Big Lots, Rutland VT

Went around 1030.doors were locked. The internet says they open at 9am. No signs to mention late opening. A worker said due to staffing shortages they can't open til 11am.no signs anywhere. All she said is they can't open til 11.probably won't be back. They could have put a sign up

Lobe this store, great way to try new things at usually discounted prices. The only down fall.which is not their fault. Is you find new stuff that you really like and they may not have it the next time, and sometimes hard to locate on line in general. They carry keto and gluten free food.great selection of coffee k cups.

FALSE ADVERTISING! 3 / 10.00 AND THEY THEY PUT 6.99 CANDY ON THE SHELF! MANAGER W DID NOT RESOLVE ISSUE BAD BAD BUSINESS!

Really disappointed I never orde online but i didn't want to drive over an hour so I ordered online. The product was packaged damage at the store and shipped anyways which really ticked me off. It's one thing when it gets damaged shipping it but when it get put in a box already damaged and shipped I have an issue with that.

Nice store but it is crammed to the max. I went in looking for flannel sheets that were on sale and were advertised but did not find them. They have a lot of furniture though. Prices are higher, I paid $10 for a small nome nic nac but it was worth it.

Besides all prices went up since the last time I visited. I still like the choices of everything in the store.

You can find a little bit of everything in this store from furniture on down to beauty supplies.

Upset with cashier Heidi charged me for a protection plan on one of my items never asked me if I wanted it

The employees are Nice, but what a Dirty place. They Never sweep in the front of the Store.

The furniture is junk. Store is filthy. Products over priced. Toys are dollarstore quality. The items on clearance are all broken

Busy place. Lots to choose from for Christmas. Prices are reasonable. Cashier area isn't wiped in between customers tho. I wear gloves so I felt ok about that.

Sometimes you can find what you are looking for. Make sure to check expiration date if it's Food. There has been many occasions when I was in a hurry and bought expired stuff, cause I forgot to check expiration date. On that note; isn't Big Lots job to make sure they are not selling expired food! Let's stop and think for a minute! One occasion an accident. After that they aren't employing enough people, or the employee's aren't doing their job! Wonder which one it is?

They sell furniture but don't keep any thing in stock.
But you can order it and it might be here by January.little bit ridiculous in my opinion.apparently they don't want to make sales.
