My wife and I specifically took time off to spend a day together and receive massages and a nice dinner after just to have them call and cancel our appointments

Wonderful service-
I am so sorry I don’t know the young lady name, She was was so sweet and professional. I had a manicure and pedicure done before our cruise.
I was little disappointed that my nails chipped within two days.
I will return as a customer again

I loved my wedding hair and make up experience with 5 elements! I was booking make up before I had a final headcount for services and five elements allowed me to be flexible as I finalized those asks to my bridesmaids etc. The trial put me at ease, Lexi and Tracy did an amazing job with an elevated but still natural look. The day before our wedding, 5 Elements contacted me to let me know that they were switching out our hair artist with Olivia, and I appreciated how seamlessly they navigated the situation with no stress to me. Olivia also did an excellent job, incorporating a hairstyle that worked with my crown veil and still looked great on its own which makes me even more confident that 5 Elements team is full of rock stars. I appreciated that they traveled to our site and the team also handled one of my bridesmaids running late with no issues, everyone was beautiful and not stressed, even with the bumps in the road!

Olivia was fantastic! She was so thorough and so nice with my haircut. She made sure to understand what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for.

Also, my last color is in really rough shape and I told her I didn’t really know what I wanted to do next. She not only gave me suggestions but explained them in detail so I could understand my options. I will definitely be back!

I didn't feel the spa, relaxing, "experience" because I was in the back room and I felt cold. I told someone but nothing was changed for 1 and 1/2 hours. Finally I was given a warmed up spa bathrobe, which really helped. However my needs were not met for one and a half hours and it spoiled the experience while waiting in the beautiful back room.

Way over priced. Last experience eyebrow wax/shape for $20. Poor woman who did it don't think she'd ever done it before, had to finish myself, wouldn't have paid $5 for it. Pedicures too expensive as well and worst on the leg massage part for $60. Hubby bought me a $250 gift certificate for Christmas. Won't be done here again. Find somewhere else

Today I had my first experience at 5 Elements, and it could not have been better.

I walked in about 5 minutes before my appointment and it appeared to be busier than usual, though it was my first time so it's hard to say for sure. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, who quickly checked me in and let me know that my stylist would be with me shortly.

I sat down and took in the ambiance of the space. I love the setup, it's very calming, yet clearly designed with efficiency in mind. I waited for about 5 minutes and my stylist, Kimber, walked in and let me know that she was running a few minutes behind due to a manicure that took longer than expected, but that she would be with me in about 5 minutes.

No problem, perfection takes time and I appreciate that she was professional enough to let me know that there would be a short wait instead of just ignoring the customer, like many salons do. I instinctively check the time, it's now 2: 32.

A few minutes later, Kimber comes to let me know she is ready for my cut, as we walk to the chair I check the time, it is now 2: 37. Nailed it!

I sit in the chair and you know how it goes, hello and then "How would you like your hair to be cut? " I answer the same as always "Surprise me. "

She smiles, that's a good sign, a lot of stylists look terrified when they hear that answer. Confidence is a good thing.

She then gives me a haircut (obviously) and we chat about the industry, I got to learn some new things and a great haircut. Part way through the cut she grabs the trainer to ask advice about what to do about the thickness of my hair. It's obvious by the look on Kimber's face that she doesn't actually need the trainers advice, because she's got this, but she thought it wise to get a second opinion before diving in. Another great sign of professionalism.

The trainer offers her advice, and Kimber finishes up the cut. Normally stylists choose to play it safe by only cutting it an inch or two shorter. Kimber decided to take a risk and took off about four or five inches and it looks absolutely fabulous. I could not be happier.

Other than being an idiot and walking to the salon on a rainy day, and getting absolutely soaked on the walk home, my experience at Five Elements Salon was absolutely fabulous, and I look forward to my next haircut. Thanks Kimber!

If you are reading this review, chances are you are also reading the other reviews, some of which paint a very negative picture. I read those reviews just like you and my suggestion is to just stop in and give them a shot. I think that like me, you will be very impressed. Stay classy.

I recently had a men’s haircut with Kelly. The result was awesome. I have straight, fine hair, and it has been a challenge to find someone skilled enough to cut it without leaving obvious lines. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

I’m never one to try to trash a business, or post a negative review. My wife came here to get her nails done ahead of our marriage. The staff was not respectful, and really didn’t care. Ultimately the work was terrible. Her nails were chipping prior to our wedding day. If you have any kind of special occasion I wouldn’t trust this place.

Was a little disappointed today with my facial I was truly looking forward to it as I’ve heard good things. I’ve had many facials over my life here in this area and out of state. It was average nothing spectacular that would make me want to return. Maybe it was because I had younger lady with not much experience, with that being said they shouldn’t charge full price.

I grew up in the Killington area and I never want to bash a local business but, I went there to get my nails done for my WEDDING day and was beyond disappointed. I have had several friends who have gotten married in the area since and I have told them to steer clear of five elements for their nails. I didn't get gel but I was assured that the polish I got would last at least two weeks, it barely lasted two days. And no I was not doing anything crazy that would cause them to chip. We also added a friend last minute and were asked to arrive 30 minutes earlier, fine no problem, we get their 30 minutes earlier and stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes anyways. The employees were also stand offish and rude, with the exception of one girl who did my nails (i think she had blonde hair) she was the only person who was nice or even said congratulations to me. It was definitely a negative experience during a time that is supposed to be so happy and fun.
