Can’t say enough good things about Brian & his Pro Home and Business Services! He’s helped us with any number of repair & installation projects at our St. Albans rental duplex and recently our Burlington condo (fencing, electrical, roof leak, closet shelves, minor plumbing issues, you name it). Brian is a skilled carpenter & a great problem solver for issues with older homes. He’s reliable, easy to work with & we highly recommend him!

Brian thoroughly explained his approach to replace our deck. He kept us updated throughout the process with his progress, and checked with us prior to making any adjustments to the initial plan. He was friendly, efficient and timely, and we are quite pleased with the results. The whole project was a pleasant experience for us.

I've worked with Brian before. Dryer duct cleaning and major home renovation. There really isn't anything he can't do. In addition to his skill set he goes above and beyond to get the job done - whether it's coordinating subs or ordering product. He's the best. I can always reach him and he solves any issue that may arise. It's time once again to do another major home renovation and he is (and will always be) the first call I make. Brian has been working at our condo association for a few years, both for the Association and building and individual owners.
