Wouldn't recommend to any one. Literally a new customer for maybe a year now. One minor hiccup and they block you from accessing your account. Change your Billing plan and increase amounts. They give no notice, no calls, nothing and not one care. Charge you fees and wont give a courtesy refund. You cant change your information on the site either. You have to jump through hoops. I will be switching.

I had a fire at my home in Brooklyn NY and worked with roundhill express an authorized agent for union mutual. Roundhill gave me a few thousand dollars and said they could not help me with the fire because I had material defect in my contract specifically someone living in my basement. This company and its authorized agents handled my case in the worse possible way. I fought for 2 years not to use the a few checks they gave and finally needed to use it last year because I fell behind on bills while trying to fix up my home. I didn't have the strength before but I will try my best to put out in the public the negative affects of a big company not caring.

Unfortunately you don’t know how worthless your insurance company is until you need them. Sorry It took me over two decades to find out they just want your money and don’t want to do anything to earn it. Glad I wasn’t at fault or id really be screwed. Time for a change!

This Insurance agency is absolutely the worst ever to deal with. We are a 40 year old Restoration Company, and have worked with multiple Insurance companies, and agents. We are a well know company, with great reviews, we follow industry stands to ensure our customers safety and help their lives return to normal asap. This insurance is all about the dollar amount, they do not want to pay.good lucking getting your claim approved. I would highly suggest anyone who has them as an insurance company to change quickly. Don't wait until you are in need of a claim. They are prideful and arrogant.and have no empathy to homeowners or the people doing the real work.particularly Shawn Kimon. Absolutely the worst adjuster and experience I have ever had! Unbelievable.our company will never do business with Union Mutual again.

They cancelled my policy for “non-payment” and charged me a late fee even though they never not ONCE sent a bill to me! They never followed up with me or sent me a new bill after adding an appraisal to my homeowners insurance. I called and they couldn’t prove to me they sent me a bill before the audacity of charging me a late fee and cancelling my policy. This is pure theft! This company is full of scammers! Will NOT be back and will be opening a homeowners policy with a different company going forward. Unacceptable! Stay away!

This company is very bad only know the money, I have been working with them for almost 8 years, Never had an accident problem, , I have car insurance for my little glass replaced, they dragged 4 months to pay the money, the work efficiency is so bad, they won't when you have insurance problems Help you solve the problem as soon as possible and stay away from this company

As an agent, I love working with Union Mutual. Great rates and coverage packages with prompt responses from them. Underwriters are a pleasure to work with.

Company will not offer coverage to you if your adopted dog looks like a German Shepard in a photo, even if vet and adoption documentation says otherwise.

Ultimately the problem was corrected. Still a bit more empathy toward customers is always appreciated. I changed my rating of 2 to 3.5
