Sue and her work environment is so professional! She makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure you are always happy before you leave! I've been going to her for almost a year now and won't go to anyone else! She always gives me the most radiant glow up! Would absolutely reccomend!

Sue and her assistant recently did the hair and make up for my January wedding. She was able to accommodate me, my bridal party, mom and flower girl. She was pleasure to chat and spend the day with. They both did an amazing job of asking what type of look everyone was going for and creating something everyone was happy with.

Prior to the wedding Sue was really helpful at my trial when I wasn't sure how exactly I wanted my hair to look. She took plenty of pictures so that she could recreate the look of the hair and make up on the day of the wedding. She was super easy to get in contact with and work with throughout the process. I would absolutely use her for an event in the future!

Suzanne was great. This was my first time ever getting a spray tan. She made me feel comfortable and will go to her in the future. She definitely knows her stuff. I will highly recommend her services to friends. She is amazing!

Balayage hair expert! Its hard to get that right affect of highlights and ombre and hand painted but Sue was very knowledgeable about hair and her products. She is professional and provides coffee, snacks, water tp clients which is just going the extra mile! Book appts fast cuz they go really quick!

Suzanne Minskey is the best! She does amazing coloring services. I have dark brown hair naturally and she's able to color my hair red do a flawless "melt" to blonde tips and my hair stays soft and damage-free. She has a wide array of colors to choose from and a great selection great hair products to purchase. I don't spray tan, but I really do like the setup she has and the whole salon is bright and clean. Suzanne does amazing work and she's a lot of fun to chat with. I feel like I'm more like a friend than a client, and you can tell she cares about the quality of her work. Go see her ASAP!

I was looking for somewhere local to get my grown out balayage touched up (I’m a natural brunette). I found Sue on Facebook and saw her 30+ five star ratings. So I booked the appointment and messaged her about which service would be best to meet my needs of wanting to go more blonde. The salon is in the basement of her home and it’s very nice. She gave me some coffee and water to drink and a small snack. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She colored my hair and gave me the cut exactly how I wanted it and it came out beautiful. When I got home my husband was so excited and said he fell in love with me all over again. Sue is a great artist and I highly recommend her.

I can’t not say enough good things about Beauty by Sue! I had my first appointment with her a few weeks ago and it was amazing. She is very knowledgeable about hair and gray coverage. I first went to a hair consult and it was great to meet and talk with her about what I wanted with my hair. She was very attentive and took her time to talk with me about covering my gray hair. Today was my very first time visiting Sue. I have huge coarse hair and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Within 15 minutes she had a game plan for getting my dark hair lightened to blonde and gave me the most beautiful caramel highlights! Sue worked MAGIC on my hair! It was previously two tone and brassy from grown out color. I showed her some pictures found on Instagram and what I would love for it to look like. Anytime I have had my hair done or colored in the past at different salons, I have been told it was not possible on my hair or it would look nothing like I showed. Not with Sue! I looked just like what I showed her! I could not believe it! I have received so many compliments and my sister now wants to go see Sue to have her do her hair! Thank you so much Sue!

It had been 6 months since I had my hair cut and colored. After moving east I held off because I was nervous to get my blonde freshened (I’ve had some poor and expensive mishaps in the past at other salons). So thankful I found Beauty by Sue! She did exactly as I asked. My blonde has been refreshed and looks so natural and blended. I don’t like the “I just had my hair highlighted” look, nor do I like blonde all the way to the roots because I can’t get it touched up every six weeks. I need it to be able to grow out for months at a time and still look polished. She nailed it. The cut feels bouncy and light-the movement is so pretty. I have naturally curly hair and I can tell this cut will make my curls playful again and less dragged down. Usually after getting my hair colored it feels a little dry, but my hair feels so soft and bouncy. Healthy!
I also appreciate someone who is passionate in growing in their craft. She continues education and it shows. Her knowledge of color, cuts, products, techniques, tools, etc.is extensive.
The salon is very comfortable. Selfishly, I enjoyed being the only client there unlike a traditional salon with all the stylists, clients, and blow dryers-it was a relaxing mini get-away from my normal day-to-day. She has several complimentary beverage and snack options which is always a plus!
If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your locks, look no further!

Btw, I don’t usually leave reviews because it can be time consuming, but my experience with Sue is well worth the time sharing.
