Overall the community is great. The view from the gym is the best part of working out. If I have any questions or issues Larissa is there to help me out. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because there is improvements that are needed and should be done around and in our apartment complex. However, I have lived here since Aug 2020 and with every issue I've had the staff has worked hard to fix it. It may not always be as timely as I want but it is addressed and rectified within means. Jenna Gadway and Jackie Chiao have been my two main contacts from day one. It has been my pleasure to have worked with them both of them on solving issues. They are both understanding and helpful in meeting my requests with follow-up to ensure I'm satisfied. You are very much appreciated! The maintenance staff is always very pleasant and they try to get items addressed within their means as quickly as possible. Thank you for all of your hard work!

I recently opened a maintenance request for a few items in need of repair. Mr. Luis Cordova was assigned the tickets and immediately came out to assess the problem areas. After assessing, he was able to complete all task in a timely manner. Luis was extremely knowledgeable, professional and displayed exceptional customer service!

I love this building, I love my nice big apartment. It`s 16th floor with beautiful view. Great management, also I`m very thankful to maintenance team. You guys are the best! Always very nice and professional. I`ve ordered some work to be done in my apartment, came home in the evening and noticed that along with the work, which I was requesting to do, they also fixed my kitchen sink (the water was pouring slow before). It`s so nice of them! Without request, they noticed it and fixed it for me.

I have lived at BLVD 2801 for almost a year and if I had to do it again I would say NO WAY! The office staff never answers the telephone, maintenance is not horrible but not the best. Trash clean-up is a big problem, and a lot of the people that have pets are nasty!

This place is going to the dogs, literally and figuratively. I have been complaining about broken elevators for 3 months. I got stuck yesterday for ten minutes. Yesterday.poop in the hallway and lobby. For $2500.00 per month, they are ripping me off.

I should've trusted all the bad reviews about BLVD2801.
Amenities that they offer and upgraded apartments seem pretty appealing. However, they'll give you the worst customer service. No professional ethics. I would've leased an apartment if it wasn't for the leasing staff's bad attitude!

Worst place to live at. I wish they had negative ratings. They don't even deserve negative ratings. Absolute worse leasing consultants and area is not safe and secure what so ever!

The place is dominated by mice. We are tired of reporting and the maintenance never comes, We have spent a lot of money on mice trap just to have more coming in.besides things break very easily, my stove only has two toppings working. Every other week we have a water leakage. And appliances are REALLY expensive!

Th 2825.its been more than a month that i complained for bugs and no one came to do service. Management will just answer your calls and no body will come for service. One thing that surprises me is that we never know where bugs and roaches come from. Worst management service ever.

Absolutely love living here! The staff is very friendly and professional - always taking time to say hello. The apartments are very spacious and surprisingly quiet. I also love the amenities.the 24 hour gym is a huge plus, in addition to the the beautiful rooftop and grilling spaces, the game room, party room, etc. All of our neighbors have been so welcoming and friendly as well. Any maintenance/pest issues have been taken care of within 24 hours of being reported. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Management here has no communication with residents. They almost never answer the phone. Never send out emails about important events happening or when you get a package. The a/c for the building has been turned off with no notice to residents that this was happening. Also, my roommate was bitten by a dog in one of the elevators and management has not been the least bit helpful and they do not keep records of any of the dogs living in the apt complex. I am pleased with the size and location of my apartment but management needs to get it together.

Good apartments if you don't mind not living near a metro stop.
Pros:
1. They provide a morning/afternoon shuttle to the Pentagon City Station.
2. Good square footage for the 1 bed w/den
3. Friendly office staff
4. Mostly helpful concierge (helpful for what you'd expect)
5. Very close to I-395
6. Overall nice building
7. Ample underground parking

Cons:
1. Very close to I-395. Be careful picking your apartment. If your windows face 395, the road noise is very annoying.
2. My apartment constantly smells like marijuana - comes through the two shared heat/air conditioning vents
3. Shared heat and air conditioning vents. My 6th floor apartment consistently reach 85 degrees when the heat is manually limited to 65
4. Shared utilities based on square footage and number of residents in each apartment. You should still do your part to limit energy usage as that will bring down the average
5. Elevators. It seems like there is only ever one (out of four) working at any given time and they take a long time to get to your floor
6. Monthly charge for parking (probably common in the D. C. Metro area)
7. Relatively frequent fire alarms. Either false alarms or alarms trigger by people with poor cooking skills. In either case, be prepared to evacuate the building at any hour (even late at night)

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is absolutely terrible. The building itself is terrible and so is the management. I lived there for two unfortunate years and that's only because our townhouse was large and the rent was cheap. It's cheap for a reason. The fire alarms do not work properly, they go off at random hours of the day and the one time our neighbors house caught on fire they didn't go off at all. The parking garage pipes leak rusty water all over your car, ruining your paint. We had our car broken into while living there and of course, the management doesn't have cameras in the garage. Within the two years we lived there we had a severe raccoon issue (they were always on our back porch trying to get into our townhouse), a baby squirrel was pulled out of my bedroom air vent, we’ve had mice and we could hear them scratching between the walls, and cockroaches were everywhere. The rooftop grills are always out of gas. The gym is always packed with personal trainers and their clients so you can't use the equipment. The management is impossible to deal with. They never answer the phone. They could care less about their residents or any issues we’re having. They might give you a “no deposit discount” when you move in just so they can rip you off when you move out. We tried to dispute our final bill for two long months after we left because they double charged us for utilities and instead of properly communicating with us, they just sent our bill to collections. The ONLY good thing about BLVD2801 is the on-site mini-market and the owner, Sue.

Me and my husband has been residents here for 3 years? We love it here. Parking is spacious and rooms are big. Nice Conciere services and maintenance crews. Very Cool lounge area. What I really love about this place recently is the many events that’s are thrown by the blvd2801 cares team. Colleen and John have been so friendly and throw awesome events every two to three months. They give prizes away, free food, and good company! Their always so creative when they come up with new themes per event! Those two are a gem in this company!

Where do I even start? My roommates and I live in one of the town homes at the back of the complex. When we first moved in we were all very excited since the complex is in a convenient area with good rates. The only positive experience we have had here is how spacious our townhouse is. We have had mice.not once, not twice but three separate times. It would take multiple service requests to have someone come to exterminate, or even answer the requests so we knew they received them. The same thing occurred when we could not get our water to stay constantly one temperature during showers and when they finally showed up to "fix" it they said there was nothing they could do and to just keep playing with it. It took the complex 4 months after we moved in to remove a mattress that was in the wooded area directly behind our balcony. The garage doors that are supposed to secure the parking garage have been so broken for MONTHS that they no longer lower them. The door to get into the main apartment building from the back section where the town homes are located no longer has a handle on it so you do not need a key fob to get, meaning any random person can walk into the building. The gym is constantly a mess and missing random weights, not to mention trainers with their clients are constantly there taking up most of the area. I hardly every received package notifications from the front desk. The grassy areas are constantly covered in dog poop and smell of urine. It is not a smoke free complex which means if your neighbor is smoking you are probably smelling it as well. I just hope this complex gets it together at some point.they have great rates for the area but not great enough that my roommates and I will be staying. All I can say is we are counting down the days until our lease is up.

Recently visited this property after reading several sketch reviews and to my surprise was very impressed. Sure the property could use some work, but what do you expect from an older building. The amenities are great, and the apartment I chose was quite nice. On top of that, the leasing staff was very friendly and professional. The Property manager Erick and leasing agent Sydney were extremely helpful with getting me settled into my new place. I had a friend who previously stayed here that wasn’t too impressed with the previous management. I definitely look forward to seeing great changes around the community from this team!

I would give 0 if it would be possible, very poor management, not helpful at all. They showed us an appartment at quiet side and at the day of move in we figure out that we were renting apartment on opposite side windows facing the road. After 1 year of struggling we requested a transfer to different appartment and we've asked to pay $1000 fee. Than we gave them moving out notice and they tried to keep up in the building cancelling that $1000 fee. Just an disaster. We also had an issue with our bathroom we've been waiting for 3 month for maintainance they never showed up. And it is not the end now they request to pay some extra money for our appartment close out, but we already paid all utilities and stuff. In addition to that they charged us for some "oven cleaning fee", which is ridiculous too, we left an appartment in perfect condition. Very disappointed in overall will not recommend to any of my friends or anyone in general. And very last thing they give a lot of promises in the beginning to drag you in, but after you move in date totally different communication, they pretend they never spoke with you. We brought some charity supply in the beginning of lease to avoid moving fees and lease was for 4 people 2 moved in right away another 2 supposed to join us 1 month later, so they gave us just 2 set of keys and after 1 month when we asked them for another set of 2 they requested an extra payment.lol My advise: just look around this area for better appartments.

Hello All! I do not live here, but was looking to become a future resident here until the Reviews confirmed my intuitions. I noticed little things about the apartment, in which was confirmed after reading the Reviews.
- Hallway smelled like urine
-doors looked damaged as if someone had broken into them
-I had a bad feeling but could not pinpoint my exact feelings since we went at dark
HONESTLY I would have moved if I did not read the reviews but I’m glad I did.
-Mr. Derrick in management was amazing and helpful, does his job EXTREMELY WELL (makes you feel welcomed and so did another lady) but as the lady on the far left, “Jessica” if I recall correctly, she was rude.
