Lucky Therapeutic Massage, Fairfax VA

I have been to many massage therapists, however this establishment is the best in the NoVA area in my opinion. Lily was able to relieve my neck and shoulder pain from my sedentary computer related occupation. I highly recommend Lily and her staff if you are looking for a highly trained professional masseuse. I've been to pretty much all of the massage establishments in Fairfax and none compare to this place. Well worth the price if you're looking for sore muscles and pain relief.

Our appointment was at 9pm, and we were warmly received on time. We asked if we can get a 90-minute massage, and we were accommodated even when they close at 10. Very pleased with the service. We were feeling achy from the holiday celebrations. Left feeling relaxed, excellent massage. Good vibes.

The massage was really good which is why I’m not giving it one star. I paid $95 for 1.5 hour and left my masseuse a $15 tip. She looked me in the eyes and said “oh wow only $15? ” trying to encourage me to give her more money. $110 dollars in a hour and a half is more than what a lot of people make in a day. Businesses that come up with their own pricing should not feel entitled to LARGE tips. I felt so disrespected and taken for granted, I wanted to scratch the tip out to make it $0. People work hard for their money. A tip is a kind gesture NOT an obligation. So tasteless I will not be coming back because of that.

Had a fairly good massage, so afterward as I paid, I gave a 20% tip. The massage therapist held onto my card and multiple times hounded me for a higher tip. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I suggest you find a more professional establishment.

Absolutely fantastic. Liu gives a very professional deep tissue massage. I've been coming here for years, and I would not go anywhere else. A very clean and professional establishment.

The massage was decent but the rude forced tip of over 20% ruined the experience. A tip is extra, not required.

Excellent therapist! I was visiting my niece for GMU family weekend. The long flight left me in pain. I felt great after the massage. The hot stone therapy was incredible. I will return on my next visit. Everything was clean and well decorated to provide a relaxing environment. Prices were very reasonable.

Best massage ever! I had a lot of tension and knots in my shoulders, and I went to this place for the first time today. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This was an excellent experience. I am 16 weeks pregnant and got a prenatal massage and felt SO relaxed. I also deal with very bad migraines and this helped me feel so much tension relief for that. Pricing was very reasonable, too! I will be returning!

Enjoyed the massage. I was a bit soar the following day but it helped my tension in my body. It relaxed me very much. I did a couples massage with my husband and this is the first place where they actually massaged my bottom and my husband’s. It felt weird at first but i think it was very good since I work sitting down most of the time. Wished they worked more in my head and have serene backgrounds music but overall the massage was great. I would recommend it.

Lily is amazing! She was able to target the areas that were tense and in pain! I definitely recommend this place and her as well!

Had a really fantastic massage here with my friend the other day. It was really easy to schedule with them and they seemed to have plenty of availability which is nice bc some other places have made me wait weeks out to schedule a session with them due to limited hours and staff. Most importantly, service was very courteous and friendly, and they applied the exact pressure I asked for to the areas I needed most. Could not ask for a better massage at a better deal!

I had a pleasant experience. I used Groupon to book 60 minutes deep tissue massage with hot-stone. I was fully relaxed. Cici was excellent she kept asking me about the pressure. This one I would recommend. For me in Fairfax and Loudoun County this is my number 2 massage place.

Less than a single star. Do not go by the overall review rating over 4.0. Filter and review many poor reviews that people wrote, make sure to consider all poor reviews fully if your time and health are important. I can relate to those bad reviews especially around their payment practice. Extremely rude and tricky. After a good massage, you will be mentally disturbed during the payment process, not worth it. Be careful not to use the groupon deals. Groupon should be aware of what this business is doing. There are many other competitive/pleasant/quality services in Fairfax and this place won’t survive very long in the competition. You have many choices and I recommend to avoid this place. Another minor feedback is that the place seems to use some perfume or artificial aroma for trying to make the place smell good overall (good intention) but I found it rather yucky. Some people may relate to this observation. I don’t know what’s causing it but you deserve to smell something mild/neutral instead of something artificial/yucky over the long massage. This place seems clean and tidy but the fragrance does not smell right, far from neutral. I see how the store responds and manages negative reviews but I don’t think they make effort to investigate issues for improvement. If they do, I would have not had the absurd/rude experience. It was more than ridiculous. They don’t seem serious about fixing raised issues/complaints as I observed similar situations from my visit. I totally relate to many of the negative reviews. Make sure you read all and avoid this place at all cost.

Most ridiculous spa. They tell on their website they charge 55$. But once the service is completed they say they don't accept any tip below 15$. I literally came to get relief from my pain, but ended up getting more pain. My masseuse was half of the time on her phone attending other people. Literally feel like getting a full refund
